How To Use
Since Ozzi is caffeine and sugar free, you can take it at any time your cravings start to hit.
Mix Ozzi with 16-20oz of chilled water.
If you'd like some bubbles, you can mix with ~4oz of still water, then pour in sparkling water on top slowly to avoid foam spilling over.
Pro Tip: Use daily for best results. Start with 1/2 if you have a sensitive gut.
What To Expect
You're fine all day. Then the couch, the quiet, and the evening pull toward the snack drawer. That's the moment Ozzi was built for. Here's how it plays out.
DAY 1: Ozzi works fast. Allulose satisfies your sweet tooth without spiking your blood sugar, and the fiber starts to fill you up, so the evening cookie pull gets weaker.†
DAY 7: Butyrate is feeding your gut lining and the cells behind your fullness hormones.‡ You might notice a steadier appetite and fewer "I'm not even hungry" snack runs.
DAY 30: Your gut and brain are communicating better. Ozzi supports your body's natural GLP-1 and PYY, the signals that tell you you're full, plus a healthy blood-sugar response. Less food goes further.‡
MONTH 2+: Reaching for Ozzi instead of the snack drawer is just what you do now. The habit's stuck, and the benefits keep building.
† Based on ingredient mechanisms: allulose tastes sweet but isn't metabolized like sugar, so it doesn't raise blood glucose; glucomannan, a soluble fiber, forms a gel that promotes fullness.
‡ Butyrate is the primary fuel for gut-lining cells and, with other short-chain fatty acids, stimulates GLP-1 and PYY release from intestinal L-cells in laboratory and animal research. Allulose has been shown to support a healthy post-meal blood-sugar response in human studies at comparable doses. Individual results vary.

Ingredients & Allergies
Ingredients
Ozzi contains 6 clinically studied active ingredients:
Allulose, Konjac Glucomannan, L-Lysine Butyrate (as BIOMEnd), African Mango Extract (Irvingia gabonensis seed), and Chromium Polyursolate (as Metabolex, chromium bound to ursolic acid). Each stick also delivers 860% daily value of Chromium.
Other ingredients: Citric Acid, Silica, Natural Flavor, L-Tartaric Acid, Reb M (OnoSweet), Pink Himalayan Sea Salt, and Trisodium Citrate.
5 calories per stick. 0g sugar. No caffeine. No monk fruit. No stevia. No synthetic dyes or sweeteners.
Allergies
Ozzi is free from dairy, nuts, soy, monk fruit, and stevia. Contains no caffeine and no artificial colors.
Despite the name, African mango isn't actually mango. Ozzi uses African mango (Irvingia gabonensis), a seed from a completely different plant family than the common mango (Mangifera indica) you find at the grocery store.
Here's why that matters. The compound behind most mango skin reactions is urushiol, the same irritant found in poison ivy and poison oak. It turns up in common mango because mango sits in the same plant family (Anacardiaceae) as poison ivy, cashews, and pistachios. African mango isn't in that family, so it doesn't carry urushiol.

Natural GLP-1
GLP-1 is a natural hormone your body produces. It binds to receptors in your brain for 3 minutes before it is cleared, but it turns the receptor on for hours.
GLP-1 Agonists, commonly referred to just as "GLP-1", are a pharmaceutical mimic of your natural hormone. They stay active in the body for about a week.
Ozzi is formulated to help support your body's natural GLP-1 secretion.
Here's what customers who've tried GLP-1 medications are saying about Ozzi:
"I cannot say enough about this product. I was on a GLP-1 for 2 years and benefited most from the food noise reduction. I chose to get off of it due to its high cost. I have tried absolutely everything on the market and nothing, absolutely nothing has had the same effect until I came across Ozzi. I am a customer for life! This product is genuinely revolutionary for those who have struggled with ongoing cravings and food noise. I'm locked in. Thank you, thank you!" - Noralyn
"I've been using Ozzi for just a few days now but it definitely curbs my hunger. It's so much more pleasant than the feeling I got from the GLP-1 meds. No nausea at all. And it tastes great too!" - Dan
Not everyone will experience the same results. That's why we offer the 14-Day Ozzi Challenge: take it for 14 straight days, and if your cravings and food noise aren't quieter, we'll refund your first bag.

Where Ozzi enters the fiber path
Fiber does two different things at two different times, and they're hours apart. Here's the whole path, and the two points Ozzi is built to enter it.
-
Stage 1
You drink fiber
It meets water in your stomach.
-
Stage 2
It gels
Viscous fiber thickens, takes up volume, and slows how fast the stomach empties. This is the fullness you can feel, and it lasts as long as the gel does.
-
Stage 3
Your bacteria ferment it
Hours later, in the colon. Not all fiber gets here, and how much you get out of it depends on your bacteria.
-
Stage 4
They make short-chain fatty acids
Butyrate and its relatives. These signal the L-cells in your gut lining, the cells that release GLP-1 and PYY.
- If you want
- Regularity. Constipation, going more predictably.
- Reach for
A bulk gel-forming fiber, psyllium being the best-studied, at several grams a day.
- Is that Ozzi?
No. Ozzi is not a bulk fiber supplement. Buy psyllium.
- If you want
- Fewer cravings, less food noise, smaller portions.
- Reach for
Viscous fiber for the mechanical part, plus support on the hormone side, because the mechanical part fades.
- Is that Ozzi?
Yes. This is what Ozzi is built for.
- If you want
- Gut lining support.
- Reach for
Butyrate. Your bacteria make it from fiber, or you take it directly.
- Is that Ozzi?
Yes, at 500mg per stick. More on the butyrate pillar.
Every dose is printed on the label. The rest of the range and the guides live on the guides hub.
How much fiber is actually in Ozzi
500mg of konjac glucomannan per stick. That's the number, and it's on the label.
If you came here comparing grams, that figure is smaller than what a bulk fiber powder gives you, and it's supposed to be. Ozzi isn't built to replace a fiber supplement. It's built for the reason most people buy one in the first place, which is to stop reaching for food at 9pm, and the gram count turns out not to be the part that decides that.
What fiber actually does for appetite, honestly
The largest systematic review of the question looked at randomized trials of dietary fiber and appetite. Its finding was narrow and worth repeating exactly: only a minority of fiber types reduced appetite at all, and viscous fibers were the ones that did it. Effects on actual energy intake and body weight were modest and inconsistent (Wanders 2011).
That's the honest ceiling on the mechanical story. A viscous fiber takes up water, forms a gel, and slows how fast your stomach empties. You feel it. It works. And then it stops, because the gel moves on. Fullness from fiber is real, and it's short.
Viscous, gel-forming, fermented. They're different jobs.
The clearest treatment of this is a review of the physics of functional fibers, which spends its length untangling exactly the confusion this category runs on (McRorie 2017). The short version: a fiber that forms and holds a gel through the whole gut does one job, laxation and stool normalization, and psyllium is the best-studied version of it. A fiber that gets fermented quickly does a different job, feeding bacteria, and it doesn't survive to do the first one.
So the question isn't which fiber is best. It's which job you're buying.
For regularity, buy a bulk gel-forming fiber and take several grams of it. Ozzi won't do that job. We'd rather say so here than have you find out after the bag arrives.
Where the durable part of the signal comes from
Follow the path a fiber takes. It gels in the stomach. Hours later what's left reaches the colon, where your bacteria ferment it and produce short-chain fatty acids, butyrate among them. Those acids reach the L-cells in your gut lining, the cells that release GLP-1 and PYY, the two hormones that tell your brain the meal is over. If you'd rather get there through food, we keep a list of the best foods for butyrate.
That step is not theoretical in humans. When researchers delivered propionate, a short-chain fatty acid, directly to the colon of overweight adults, GLP-1 and PYY release went up and participants ate less at a test meal (Chambers 2015). The link from fermentation products to fullness hormones is a real human finding.
Butyrate specifically has been shown to trigger GLP-1 secretion, but that work is in mice and in cultured cells, not in people (Yadav 2013). We say that every time. It's the honest state of the evidence, and it's why we describe butyrate as supporting the pathway rather than proven to raise your GLP-1.
The catch with the fermentation route is that it's slow, it takes days of consistency, and how much you get out of it depends on which bacteria you happen to have. Which is the argument for entering the path at that point directly rather than waiting for it.
What Ozzi does with that
Two entry points, not one.
At the gel step: 500mg of konjac glucomannan. Konjac is the most water-absorbent fiber in common use, which is why the dose is measured in hundreds of milligrams rather than grams. Worth saying plainly: a randomized trial of glucomannan on its own, at a higher dose than ours, did not produce significant weight loss in overweight adults (Keithley 2013). We don't sell glucomannan as a weight loss ingredient. We use it for the viscosity.
At the hormone step: 500mg of L-lysine butyrate, the compound bacteria make at the end of that path, delivered directly. Alongside it, 8g of allulose, which in a randomized controlled trial in humans acted on the gut sweet taste receptor and moved satiation hormone release (Teysseire 2022). Both land on the same L-cells the fermentation route eventually reaches.
Then 150mg of African mango extract and Metabolex, chromium with ursolic acid, for the blood sugar and satiety side. Six actives. Every dose is on the label, and every lot is third-party tested. More on each ingredient at what's inside Ozzi.
So is it a fiber drink
It's a drink with a concentrated viscous fiber in it, and it isn't a bulk fiber supplement. If you want the fiber category's classic job, we've told you what to buy. If you bought fiber because of the 9pm snack and it didn't hold, the gram count was probably never the problem.

What a Doctor Says About Ozzi
"Drink packets curb cravings while promoting healthy blood sugar"
"When late-night cravings hit, I recommend this drink powder as a possible snack replacement. One ingredient I want to highlight is chromium polyursolate. Research on a related form, chromium picolinate, suggests that it may reduce food intake, lower hunger ratings, and decrease fat cravings in overweight women. Chromium can support insulin function and glucose metabolism, which may help keep blood sugar steady enough to avoid triggering cravings. I find this pairs nicely with the African Mango seed extract in this blend, which research suggests may be connected to improvements in body weight, waist size, and fasting blood sugar. Overall, I believe this supplement can be a helpful option for patients looking to manage cravings and support metabolic health."†

Fiber drinks, answered
The questions people actually search before they buy a fiber drink. More on the FAQ page.
Is Ozzi a fiber supplement?
Not in the way most people mean it. Ozzi has 500mg of konjac glucomannan per stick, which is a concentrated viscous fiber, not the several grams of bulk fiber you get from a psyllium powder.
If you want a fiber supplement for regularity, buy psyllium. Ozzi is built for appetite and cravings, where the hormone side matters more than the gram count.
How much fiber is in a fiber drink mix like Ozzi?
Ozzi carries 500mg of konjac glucomannan per stick. Konjac is the most water-absorbent fiber in common use, so it's dosed in milligrams rather than grams.
Bulk fiber drinks are usually dosed at several grams of psyllium per serving. Different job, different number.
What is the best fiber drink for weight management?
It depends what's actually stopping you. If the problem is portion size at meals, a viscous fiber helps by slowing stomach emptying, and the effect lasts as long as the gel does.
If the problem is snacking and food noise between meals, that mechanical fullness fades before you need it, and the hormone side is what carries. Ozzi is built for the second case.
Is a fiber drink good for constipation?
Yes, and that's the fiber category's best-evidenced job. For that, use a bulk gel-forming fiber like psyllium at several grams a day.
Ozzi won't do that job and we don't sell it for that.
What is the difference between glucomannan and psyllium?
Both are soluble fibers that form a gel. Psyllium is used in grams for laxation and stool normalization, and it's the best-studied fiber for that job.
Glucomannan is far more viscous per gram, which is why it's used in smaller doses and studied more often for satiety and glucose response than for regularity.
Can I drink a fiber drink every day?
Ozzi is designed for daily use. 5 calories, no caffeine, no stimulants, no laxatives, so it works in the evening when cravings actually show up.
With any fiber, increase gradually and drink enough water with it.
Will a fiber drink make me bloated?
It can, especially if you go from very little fiber to a lot overnight. Ozzi's fiber dose is small by category standards, which is part of why most people tolerate it.
If you're sensitive, start with half a stick for a few days.
Does fiber increase GLP-1?
Indirectly, and slowly. Bacteria ferment fiber in the colon into short-chain fatty acids, and those acids signal the L-cells that release GLP-1 and PYY. Delivering a short-chain fatty acid straight to the colon raised GLP-1 and PYY in overweight adults in a randomized trial (Chambers 2015).
Butyrate specifically has been shown to trigger GLP-1 release in mice and in cell studies, not yet in humans. Ozzi supports natural GLP-1 production by entering that path directly rather than waiting on fermentation. More on that at natural GLP-1 support.
How does Ozzi compare to Supergut or other fiber-first drinks?
Fiber-first formulas lead with grams of fiber and rely on fermentation to produce the hormone signal. Ozzi uses less fiber and adds the fermentation product, butyrate, plus allulose, directly.
Neither approach is wrong. We break the two down side by side in Ozzi vs Supergut.

Is a fiber supplement good for weight loss?
Fiber earns its reputation two ways. Viscous fiber slows stomach emptying so a meal stays with you longer, and it softens the glucose response to what you just ate, which matters because the crash after a spike is what turns into a craving.
Be clear on what that means. Fiber supports fullness. It does not cause weight loss, and no fiber does anything on its own without the eating pattern around it. Ozzi delivers 500mg of glucomannan in 16oz of water, alongside 8g of allulose and Chromium Polyursolate on the blood sugar side.
Are fiber pills or a fiber drink better for weight management?
Viscous fiber has to hydrate to do anything at all. That is the whole mechanism: water in, gel forms, stomach empties slower. A capsule delivers a fraction of a useful dose per pill and arrives as dry powder, so people swallow six of them and still skip the water that makes it work.
A drink solves both problems at once. One stick, 16oz of cold water, fiber already hydrated. That is the argument for the format, and it is why Ozzi is a stick instead of a capsule.
Is prebiotic fiber different from regular fiber for weight management?
Three different jobs get filed under one word. Bulk fiber adds volume and keeps things moving. Viscous fiber gels and supports fullness. Fermentable fiber feeds gut bacteria, and those bacteria produce butyrate, a short-chain fatty acid studied in gut-barrier and GLP-1 signaling contexts.
Ozzi takes a shortcut on the third one. Rather than feed bacteria and hope for butyrate at the end of it, we deliver 500mg of L-Lysine butyrate directly, plus 500mg of glucomannan for the viscous side.
