Since Ozzi is caffeine and sugar free, you can take it at any time your cravings start to hit.
Mix Ozzi with 16-20oz of chilled water.
If you'd like some bubbles, you can mix with ~4oz of still water, then pour in sparkling water on top slowly to avoid foam spilling over.
Pro Tip: Use daily for best results. Start with 1/2 if you have a sensitive gut.
You're fine all day. Then the couch, the quiet, and the evening pull toward the snack drawer. That's the moment Ozzi was built for. Here's how it plays out.
DAY 1: Ozzi works fast. Allulose satisfies your sweet tooth without spiking your blood sugar, and the fiber starts to fill you up, so the evening cookie pull gets weaker.†
DAY 7: Butyrate is feeding your gut lining and the cells behind your fullness hormones.‡ You might notice a steadier appetite and fewer "I'm not even hungry" snack runs.
DAY 30: Your gut and brain are communicating better. Ozzi supports your body's natural GLP-1 and PYY, the signals that tell you you're full, plus a healthy blood-sugar response. Less food goes further.‡
MONTH 2+: Reaching for Ozzi instead of the snack drawer is just what you do now. The habit's stuck, and the benefits keep building.
† Based on ingredient mechanisms: allulose tastes sweet but isn't metabolized like sugar, so it doesn't raise blood glucose; glucomannan, a soluble fiber, forms a gel that promotes fullness.
‡ Butyrate is the primary fuel for gut-lining cells and, with other short-chain fatty acids, stimulates GLP-1 and PYY release from intestinal L-cells in laboratory and animal research. Allulose has been shown to support a healthy post-meal blood-sugar response in human studies at comparable doses. Individual results vary.

Ingredients
Ozzi contains 6 clinically studied active ingredients:
Allulose, Konjac Glucomannan, L-Lysine Butyrate (as BIOMEnd), African Mango Extract (Irvingia gabonensis seed), and Chromium Polyursolate (as Metabolex, chromium bound to ursolic acid). Each stick also delivers 860% daily value of Chromium.
Other ingredients: Citric Acid, Silica, Natural Flavor, L-Tartaric Acid, Reb M (OnoSweet), Pink Himalayan Sea Salt, and Trisodium Citrate.
5 calories per stick. 0g sugar. No caffeine. No monk fruit. No stevia. No synthetic dyes or sweeteners.
Allergies
Ozzi is free from dairy, nuts, soy, monk fruit, and stevia. Contains no caffeine and no artificial colors.
Despite the name, African mango isn't actually mango. Ozzi uses African mango (Irvingia gabonensis), a seed from a completely different plant family than the common mango (Mangifera indica) you find at the grocery store.
Here's why that matters. The compound behind most mango skin reactions is urushiol, the same irritant found in poison ivy and poison oak. It turns up in common mango because mango sits in the same plant family (Anacardiaceae) as poison ivy, cashews, and pistachios. African mango isn't in that family, so it doesn't carry urushiol.

GLP-1 is a natural hormone your body produces. It binds to receptors in your brain for 3 minutes before it is cleared, but it turns the receptor on for hours.
GLP-1 Agonists, commonly referred to just as "GLP-1", are a pharmaceutical mimic of your natural hormone. They stay active in the body for about a week.
Ozzi is formulated to help support your body's natural GLP-1 secretion.
Here's what customers who've tried GLP-1 medications are saying about Ozzi:
"I cannot say enough about this product. I was on a GLP-1 for 2 years and benefited most from the food noise reduction. I chose to get off of it due to its high cost. I have tried absolutely everything on the market and nothing, absolutely nothing has had the same effect until I came across Ozzi. I am a customer for life! This product is genuinely revolutionary for those who have struggled with ongoing cravings and food noise. I'm locked in. Thank you, thank you!" - Noralyn
"I've been using Ozzi for just a few days now but it definitely curbs my hunger. It's so much more pleasant than the feeling I got from the GLP-1 meds. No nausea at all. And it tastes great too!" - Dan

Butyrate is a postbiotic: a short-chain fatty acid your gut bacteria make when they ferment fiber. It's the primary fuel for the cells lining your colon, and it supports the tight junctions that keep your gut barrier doing its job.
That's the settled part. The newer, more interesting research is about what butyrate does beyond the colon, and it's why the delivery form matters more than most supplement labels admit.
Here's the number that reframes the whole category: only about 2% of the butyrate made in your colon ever reaches your bloodstream. The rest gets used locally or cleared by the liver.
Meanwhile, a lot of butyrate's most-studied signaling (FFAR2 and FFAR3 receptors, HDAC inhibition) happens in circulation, across tissues far from the colon. Most butyrate supplements are engineered to survive to the colon: tributyrin, enteric coatings. That's a legitimate job, but it's a different job. If the question is how much butyrate reaches your blood, the answer has to come from a blood measurement.
Ozzi uses BIOMEnd, butyrate bound to the amino acid L-lysine. In a randomized, single-blinded human crossover pilot (10 healthy men, dose-matched at 786mg of butyric acid, serum measured by GC-MS), L-lysine butyrate hit peak serum butyrate at 20 minutes, with a peak concentration about 5 times higher than tributyrin's, which peaked at around 51 minutes [1]. It was also rated the most palatable form tested, and no adverse events were reported.
Two honesty notes, because this is a pilot and we treat it like one. First: 10 people, single dose, absorption only; it measured exposure, not clinical outcomes. Second: L-lysine butyrate did not statistically separate from plain sodium butyrate on absorption. Where it wins against sodium butyrate is zero added sodium and a form you can actually drink; where it wins against tributyrin is speed and measured serum exposure.
In mouse and cell studies, butyrate signals the intestinal L-cells that secrete GLP-1 and PYY, the hormones that tell your brain you're full [2]. Human confirmation is pending, and we say so on every page rather than round it up to a promise. It's one of three ways Ozzi supports natural GLP-1 production, alongside allulose and konjac fiber, each hitting the pathway from a different direction [3].
Butyrate is infamous for smelling like parmesan left in a hot car. Binding it to lysine tames that, and putting 500mg in a flavored stick with 8g of allulose makes it something you'll actually take daily, which is the whole game with gut ingredients. Foods that feed butyrate production (fiber, resistant starch) still matter; the stick just makes the dose consistent.

"Drink packets curb cravings while promoting healthy blood sugar"
"When late-night cravings hit, I recommend this drink powder as a possible snack replacement. One ingredient I want to highlight is chromium polyursolate. Research on a related form, chromium picolinate, suggests that it may reduce food intake, lower hunger ratings, and decrease fat cravings in overweight women. Chromium can support insulin function and glucose metabolism, which may help keep blood sugar steady enough to avoid triggering cravings. I find this pairs nicely with the African Mango seed extract in this blend, which research suggests may be connected to improvements in body weight, waist size, and fasting blood sugar. Overall, I believe this supplement can be a helpful option for patients looking to manage cravings and support metabolic health."†

The questions people actually search. More on the FAQ page.
Butyrate is the short-chain fatty acid your gut bacteria make from fiber. It fuels the cells lining your colon and supports gut barrier function. Supplementing delivers a consistent dose instead of leaving the amount up to what your gut bacteria fermented today.
In Ozzi it's also one leg of the GLP-1 support story: in mouse and cell studies, butyrate signals the L-cells that secrete fullness hormones. Human confirmation of that hormone effect is still pending.
They do different jobs. Tributyrin is engineered to carry butyrate to the colon. L-lysine butyrate gets butyrate into circulation fast: in a 2025 human pilot trial it peaked in serum at 20 minutes, at roughly 5x tributyrin's peak concentration. If the goal is butyrate in your blood, where FFAR2/FFAR3 signaling happens, the serum measurement is the number that matters, and lysine butyrate is the form that has one.
Honest answer: in that same pilot, sodium butyrate absorbed comparably. It loses on everything around the absorption: it carries added sodium, it's famously foul to take, and it doesn't belong in a drink you'd choose to sip. Lysine butyrate delivers zero added sodium and was rated the most palatable form in the trial's taste testing.
In mice and cell studies, butyrate stimulates the L-cells that secrete GLP-1. In humans, that hasn't been confirmed yet, and the one trial that raised blood butyrate and measured GLP-1 found no change. So we won't tell you it raises your GLP-1. We say Ozzi supports natural GLP-1 production, through butyrate, allulose, and konjac fiber working the same pathway three different ways.
Free butyric acid does; it's the compound in rancid butter. Binding butyrate to L-lysine tames the smell, and inside a flavored stick you taste fruit, not cheese. This is a real reason most competitors use capsules and we could still make a drink.
Mostly you'd eat foods that help your gut make butyrate: fiber, resistant starch, and some fermented foods. That's genuinely good for you and we'd never talk you out of it. The catch is consistency and the 2% problem: very little colon-made butyrate reaches circulation. A measured 500mg dose in a daily drink is the consistent floor; food is the ceiling.
500mg of L-lysine butyrate (as BIOMEnd) per stick, listed right on the label with every other dose. One stick a day, mixed into 16oz of cold water.
The reports that exist are mostly gastrointestinal: loose stool, gas, some stomach discomfort. They cluster around high doses of sodium butyrate, which also carries a sodium load most people never account for.
Ozzi uses 500mg of L-Lysine butyrate (BIOMEnd). The carrier is an essential amino acid instead of sodium, and it rated the most palatable form in published organoleptic testing. In the head-to-head human trial, all three butyrate forms were well tolerated with zero adverse events, though that was 10 participants and a single dose, so treat it as a small file rather than a complete one. Ask your doctor before starting any supplement.
Here is the honest state of it. In mouse and cell studies, butyrate stimulates the L-cells that release GLP-1 through the FFAR2 receptor, and in mice oral butyrate reduced food intake through a vagus-nerve pathway. That is the mechanism, and it is preclinical.
No human trial has shown butyrate supplementation causes weight loss, and we are not going to imply one has. What we will say is that butyrate supports natural GLP-1 production and works on the appetite side of the picture. That is why it is in Ozzi.
With your Ozzi stick, about 20 to 30 minutes before the window where your cravings get loudest. For most people that is mid-afternoon or early evening.
There is no clock requirement past that, and no reason to take it on an empty stomach. Daily and consistent beats perfectly timed and occasional.
Yes, and not the vague kind of "tested" the industry likes. Ozzi is certified by Eurofins Healthcare Assurance to NSF/ANSI 173, the American National Standard for dietary supplements (certificate 20260428-0002, all five flavors), and every production lot gets its own Certificate of Analysis: heavy metals, ingredient identity, and a full micro panel. The documents are on our testing and certification page.
Ask your doctor first, and we mean that literally, not as fine print. Chromium can affect blood sugar, and viscous fibers like glucomannan can change how some oral medications absorb. Bring the Ozzi label to your appointment; every dose is listed, so it's a two-minute conversation.
14-Day Ozzi Challenge: Take it for 14 straight days. If your cravings and food noise aren't quieter, we'll refund your first bag.
All three parts matter: 14 consecutive days of daily use, the refund applies if your cravings and food noise aren't quieter, and it covers your first bag. Nothing to send back; we don't do returns. Email help@heyozzi.com with your order number within 28 days of delivery.
