14-Day Ozzi Challenge

Take it for 14 straight days. If your cravings and food noise aren't quieter, we'll refund your first bag.

Total

How To Use

Since Ozzi is caffeine and sugar free, you can take it at any time your cravings start to hit.

Mix Ozzi with 16-20oz of chilled water.

If you'd like some bubbles, you can mix with ~4oz of still water, then pour in sparkling water on top slowly to avoid foam spilling over.

Pro Tip: Use daily for best results. Start with 1/2 if you have a sensitive gut.

What To Expect

You're fine all day. Then the couch, the quiet, and the evening pull toward the snack drawer. That's the moment Ozzi was built for. Here's how it plays out.

DAY 1: Ozzi works fast. Allulose satisfies your sweet tooth without spiking your blood sugar, and the fiber starts to fill you up, so the evening cookie pull gets weaker.†

DAY 7: Butyrate is feeding your gut lining and the cells behind your fullness hormones.‡ You might notice a steadier appetite and fewer "I'm not even hungry" snack runs.

DAY 30: Your gut and brain are communicating better. Ozzi supports your body's natural GLP-1 and PYY, the signals that tell you you're full, plus a healthy blood-sugar response. Less food goes further.‡

MONTH 2+: Reaching for Ozzi instead of the snack drawer is just what you do now. The habit's stuck, and the benefits keep building.

† Based on ingredient mechanisms: allulose tastes sweet but isn't metabolized like sugar, so it doesn't raise blood glucose; glucomannan, a soluble fiber, forms a gel that promotes fullness.

‡ Butyrate is the primary fuel for gut-lining cells and, with other short-chain fatty acids, stimulates GLP-1 and PYY release from intestinal L-cells in laboratory and animal research. Allulose has been shown to support a healthy post-meal blood-sugar response in human studies at comparable doses. Individual results vary.

Ingredients & Allergies

Ingredients

Ozzi contains 6 clinically studied active ingredients:

Allulose, konjac glucomannan, L-lysine butyrate (BIOMEnd), African mango seed extract, ursolic acid and chromium. The last two are supplied together through Metabolex chromium polyursolate. Each stick also delivers 860% daily value of Chromium.

Other ingredients: Citric Acid, Silica, Natural Flavor, L-Tartaric Acid, Reb M (OnoSweet), Pink Himalayan Sea Salt, and Trisodium Citrate.

5 calories per stick. 0g sugar. No caffeine. No monk fruit. No synthetic dyes or sweeteners.

Allergies

Ozzi is free from dairy, nuts, soy, and monk fruit. Contains no caffeine and no artificial colors.

Despite the name, African mango isn't actually mango. Ozzi uses African mango (Irvingia gabonensis), a seed from a completely different plant family than the common mango (Mangifera indica) you find at the grocery store.

Here's why that matters. The compound behind most mango skin reactions is urushiol, the same irritant found in poison ivy and poison oak. It turns up in common mango because mango sits in the same plant family (Anacardiaceae) as poison ivy, cashews, and pistachios. African mango isn't in that family, so it doesn't carry urushiol.

If you have specific dietary concerns, please review the full supplement facts label or contact us before use.

Natural GLP-1

GLP-1 is a hormone released by your gut after eating. Active GLP-1 is rapidly broken down, with a circulating half-life of roughly 1–2 minutes. That is not the same as receptor binding time.

GLP-1 Agonists, commonly referred to just as "GLP-1", are a pharmaceutical mimic of your natural hormone. They stay active in the body for about a week.

Ozzi is formulated to help support your body's natural GLP-1 secretion.

Here's what customers who've tried GLP-1 medications are saying about Ozzi:

"I cannot say enough about this product. I was on a GLP-1 for 2 years and benefited most from the food noise reduction. I chose to get off of it due to its high cost. I have tried absolutely everything on the market and nothing, absolutely nothing has had the same effect until I came across Ozzi. I am a customer for life! This product is genuinely revolutionary for those who have struggled with ongoing cravings and food noise. I'm locked in. Thank you, thank you!" - Noralyn

"I've been using Ozzi for just a few days now but it definitely curbs my hunger. It's so much more pleasant than the feeling I got from the GLP-1 meds. No nausea at all. And it tastes great too!" - Dan

Not everyone will experience the same results. That's why we offer the 14-Day Ozzi Challenge: take it for 14 straight days, and if your cravings and food noise aren't quieter, we'll refund your first bag.

Well, my biggest compliment is also a complaint. 🤪 Sometimes I want to eat out of boredom and I can.’t. My body and mouth will not crave anything. Also, true that constancy is key the second week was when it fully kicked in. Will be buying constantly. Will not run out. I refuse. 😊

Edyna R. Verified Customer

Great tasting product! I must confess I was a bit skeptical at first, having tried so many other products in the past. Ozzi definitely cuts down my evening cravings and the watermelon flavor is quite nice!

Vita D. Verified Customer

I love the cherry limeade and watermelon flavors. I drink one in the morning and one in the evening. Basically the times I'm usually craving something sweet. These help me feel satisfied.

Tianna J. Verified Customer

I've been really happy with the product. Not only does it help to curb hunger, but I no longer need my fiber supplements. I don't find the smell off-putting and the taste is great. It's been a winner for me!

Tricia C. Verified Customer

Ozzi does exactly what I wanted it to do - stop my evening munchies. I find it best if I drink it before the munchies have a chance to set in. And yeah - it definitely adds bulk to my "waste management." I already get plenty of fiber, so it took my body a couple days to recalibrate. Both favors are great, with a little zing. So it's a little treat in its own way.

  13. I just started taking Ozzi. But I'm so glad I have!! I bought one tart flavor (Cherry Limeade) and one sweet (Peach Elderflower).
I'm glad for the heads-up about the slight funky scent, because that would have been a turn off if I wasn't ready.
I notice the funkiness more in the limeade, but it's not terrible.
And in the peach? Oh, it's just a lightly sweet drink. I enjoy it, and I'm glad to have this as a healthy choice tool.

  14. Love these products. Great flavors as well!

  19. I’ve been trying my best to lose 20 to 25lbs and quite literally have had the hardest time and that’s because after I eat a meal I crave something sweet especially at night after I’m off work and once I saw the Ozzi product info I was curious. Mind you i actually started taking this around the time I was due for my monthly cycle which is when my cravings kick in the hardest! And to my surprise I noticed my cravings subsided and my brain was able to stop the noise of falling hard for the cravings even when I wasn’t hungry. I’ll continue to use this product and see how things go!! But I’m off to a great start!

  20. Really works! I can usually control my cravings until the night time hunger hits. I've been having 1 Ozzi drink after dinner and I have been able to stop my night time snacking which has finally made it possible to budge the scale back a bit. I'm def ordering more.

GLP-1 Supplement Questions

What people search before they get here, answered straight. The full list is on the FAQ page.

What is the best natural GLP-1 supplement?

We make Ozzi, so read our answer as ours. Compare the actual ingredients, forms and amounts with the studies behind each claim. Look for original sources, clearly labeled human and mechanism evidence, and a formula that fits your routine.

Ozzi combines allulose, konjac glucomannan, L-lysine butyrate, African mango, ursolic acid and chromium in a caffeine-free drink made for snack cravings. Our ingredient guide explains the formula and its research.

Is Ozzi a natural GLP-1 supplement for weight loss?

Yes, Ozzi is a natural GLP-1 support supplement, designed for cravings and food noise. Natural GLP-1 support and prescription GLP-1 receptor agonists are different, though.

Your body makes GLP-1. Prescription GLP-1 receptor agonists are medicines that act on its receptors. Our formula contains ingredients studied for gut-hormone signaling, fullness and blood-sugar responses; that research does not mean Ozzi produces the same effects as a prescription medicine.

We built Ozzi to help you manage cravings and unnecessary snacking, especially in the evening. If weight management is your goal, that is the role we designed it to play in your routine. We do not promise a specific amount of weight loss. Our 14-Day Ozzi Challenge is focused on what we want you to notice: quieter cravings and less food noise.

What does a natural GLP-1 supplement actually do?

GLP-1 is a hormone released by your gut after eating. Ingredients can be studied for their effects on this pathway without containing the hormone themselves.

Human allulose experiments have found increases in GLP-1. Butyrate and fiber have additional gut-signaling and physical properties that informed the formula. The evidence differs by ingredient, amount and study design; our research section below makes those distinctions clear. The sweet-taste receptor explanation for allulose is not established by the human receptor-blocking study.

Are there natural GLP-1 pills, or only drinks?

We make both. Our drink sticks include 8 g of allulose, while our capsules leave out the allulose for a convenient option without mixing a drink.

Our capsules contain konjac glucomannan, L-lysine butyrate, African mango, ursolic acid and chromium. Each 3-capsule serving provides 300 mcg chromium, and our label lists a 1.15 g proprietary blend. We supply chromium and ursolic acid together through Metabolex chromium polyursolate.

Choose the format that fits your routine. You can explore our ingredient research below and see the full capsule Supplement Facts.

How do the top GLP-1 supplements compare?

Most of the category splits into three shapes. Single-fiber capsules, which give you fullness and nothing else. Bitter-extract capsules, which trigger gut hormones for a short window before a meal. And proprietary blends, which list impressive ingredients without saying how much of each you get.

Ozzi is the multi-pathway drink in that lineup, caffeine-free so it can be taken after dinner when cravings actually hit. Every product has trade-offs, ours included: no product-level trial yet, moderate doses spread across six actives rather than one large one, and a natural butyrate smell some people notice. The full comparison lays those out side by side.

Is allulose a sugar alcohol?

No. Allulose is a rare sugar, not a sugar alcohol. It supplies sweetness with far fewer calories than table sugar.

Ozzi uses 8 g per stick, informed by nearby-dose post-meal glucose studies. Separate human GLP-1 experiments used 10 g with a meal and 25 g delivered into the stomach. Digestive tolerance varies with amount and individual; our ingredient page includes the tolerance studies.

Does Ozzi help with the munchies?

That is the reason a lot of people find us. The munchies are a craving problem with a hormone behind it, and Ozzi supports the fullness and gut-hormone signals that cravings run over. Mix a stick before the window you know is coming rather than after the cravings have started.

We wrote up what actually works, with the research, in our guide to stopping the munchies.

What if it doesn't work for me?

The research behind the ingredients

Explore the research that informed Ozzi’s six-ingredient formula—from post-meal blood-sugar responses to appetite and gut signaling.

Studies below tested individual ingredients or other formulations. Open a study to see the amount, population and findings.

Allulose — post-meal glucose and gut hormones

Allulose gives the drink its sweet taste and contributes to the formula’s blood-sugar and gut-hormone rationale. Human trials have found lower post-meal glucose responses at amounts close to the 8 g in one stick.

Effects of D-allulose on glucose tolerance and insulin response to a standard oral sucrose load: results of a prospective, randomized, crossover study.
