Refund policy

As a food product, we can not accept returns. We do offer a 14-day Feel The Difference Guarantee.

Our 14-Day Feel The Difference Guarantee is only valid on one item in your first order. When products are priced differently, we will refund the highest priced item on the order. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

The 14-Day Feel The Difference Guarantee is valid for users who have taken 1-2 sticks of Ozzi per day for 14 consecutive days. We are unable to refund customers who do not actively use the product.

To request a refund using our 14-Day Feel The Difference Guarantee, you can contact us at team@heyozzi.com within 28 days of your first order being delivered. 

Happiness Guarantee is not valid on sample packs.
