Since Ozzi is caffeine and sugar free, you can take it at any time your cravings start to hit.
Mix Ozzi with 16-20oz of chilled water.
If you'd like some bubbles, you can mix with ~4oz of still water, then pour in sparkling water on top slowly to avoid foam spilling over.
Pro Tip: Use daily for best results. Start with 1/2 if you have a sensitive gut.
You're fine all day. Then the couch, the quiet, and the evening pull toward the snack drawer. That's the moment Ozzi was built for. Here's how it plays out.
DAY 1: Ozzi works fast. Allulose satisfies your sweet tooth without spiking your blood sugar, and the fiber starts to fill you up, so the evening cookie pull gets weaker.†
DAY 7: Butyrate is feeding your gut lining and the cells behind your fullness hormones.‡ You might notice a steadier appetite and fewer "I'm not even hungry" snack runs.
DAY 30: Your gut and brain are communicating better. Ozzi supports your body's natural GLP-1 and PYY, the signals that tell you you're full, plus a healthy blood-sugar response. Less food goes further.‡
MONTH 2+: Reaching for Ozzi instead of the snack drawer is just what you do now. The habit's stuck, and the benefits keep building.
† Based on ingredient mechanisms: allulose tastes sweet but isn't metabolized like sugar, so it doesn't raise blood glucose; glucomannan, a soluble fiber, forms a gel that promotes fullness.
‡ Butyrate is the primary fuel for gut-lining cells and, with other short-chain fatty acids, stimulates GLP-1 and PYY release from intestinal L-cells in laboratory and animal research. Allulose has been shown to support a healthy post-meal blood-sugar response in human studies at comparable doses. Individual results vary.

Ingredients
Ozzi contains 6 clinically studied active ingredients:
Allulose, Konjac Glucomannan, L-Lysine Butyrate (as BIOMEnd), African Mango Extract (Irvingia gabonensis seed), and Chromium Polyursolate (as Metabolex, chromium bound to ursolic acid). Each stick also delivers 860% daily value of Chromium.
Other ingredients: Citric Acid, Silica, Natural Flavor, L-Tartaric Acid, Reb M (OnoSweet), Pink Himalayan Sea Salt, and Trisodium Citrate.
5 calories per stick. 0g sugar. No caffeine. No monk fruit. No stevia. No synthetic dyes or sweeteners.
Allergies
Ozzi is free from dairy, nuts, soy, monk fruit, and stevia. Contains no caffeine and no artificial colors.
Despite the name, African mango isn't actually mango. Ozzi uses African mango (Irvingia gabonensis), a seed from a completely different plant family than the common mango (Mangifera indica) you find at the grocery store.
Here's why that matters. The compound behind most mango skin reactions is urushiol, the same irritant found in poison ivy and poison oak. It turns up in common mango because mango sits in the same plant family (Anacardiaceae) as poison ivy, cashews, and pistachios. African mango isn't in that family, so it doesn't carry urushiol.

GLP-1 is a natural hormone your body produces. It binds to receptors in your brain for 3 minutes before it is cleared, but it turns the receptor on for hours.
GLP-1 Agonists, commonly referred to just as "GLP-1", are a pharmaceutical mimic of your natural hormone. They stay active in the body for about a week.
Ozzi is formulated to help support your body's natural GLP-1 secretion.
Here's what customers who've tried GLP-1 medications are saying about Ozzi:
"I cannot say enough about this product. I was on a GLP-1 for 2 years and benefited most from the food noise reduction. I chose to get off of it due to its high cost. I have tried absolutely everything on the market and nothing, absolutely nothing has had the same effect until I came across Ozzi. I am a customer for life! This product is genuinely revolutionary for those who have struggled with ongoing cravings and food noise. I'm locked in. Thank you, thank you!" - Noralyn
"I've been using Ozzi for just a few days now but it definitely curbs my hunger. It's so much more pleasant than the feeling I got from the GLP-1 meds. No nausea at all. And it tastes great too!" - Dan
Not everyone will experience the same results. That's why we offer the 14-Day Ozzi Challenge: take it for 14 straight days, and if your cravings and food noise aren't quieter, we'll refund your first bag.

GLP-1 is a hormone your gut already makes. Specialized cells in your intestine, called L-cells, release it after you eat. It tells your brain you're full, slows how fast your stomach empties, and helps your body manage the glucose from the meal.
GLP-1 medications work by flooding that system with a synthetic version. Natural GLP-1 support works from the other end: giving your gut the inputs that its own L-cells respond to. Same hormone, opposite strategies, very different magnitudes, and anyone who tells you a supplement matches the injection is selling too hard.
Ozzi reaches the GLP-1 pathway three different ways, and the evidence for each is worth stating at its actual strength.
Allulose. In a randomized human trial, D-allulose taken with a sucrose load blunted the glucose and insulin response compared to sugar alone [1]. A second trial at much smaller, catalytic doses found no significant effect [2], which is why dose is the first question to ask of any GLP-1 supplement. On the hormone itself, the evidence is newer and preclinical: in mouse studies, allulose triggered gut GLP-1 release, and that release improved sucrose-induced obesity and glucose intolerance in those animals [3][4]. Ozzi carries 8g per stick, in the range human glucose studies used.
Konjac glucomannan. A viscous, soluble fiber that expands with water. Beyond the immediate physical fullness, viscous fibers are studied specifically as modulators of the gut's incretin axis, the hormone system GLP-1 belongs to [5]. 500mg per stick.
Butyrate. In mouse and cell studies, butyrate signals L-cells through the FFAR2 receptor pathway [6]. Human confirmation of a GLP-1 rise is pending, and the one human trial that raised blood butyrate and measured GLP-1 found no change, which is exactly why this page says supports natural GLP-1 production and nothing stronger. Ozzi's 500mg of L-lysine butyrate is the form with human absorption data behind it: in a small crossover pilot it hit peak serum butyrate at 20 minutes [7].
The honest frame: dose and consistency decide almost everything. The category is full of products carrying a tenth of the studied doses, which is how "natural GLP-1" got its snake-oil reputation. Ozzi's answer is to publish every dose on the label, cite the studies by name, label what's preclinical as preclinical, and put a 14-day guarantee on the part you can actually feel: whether your cravings and food noise get quieter.
If you're comparing options, our 2026 comparison of natural GLP-1 supplements ranks the market including us, and the natural GLP-1 vs GLP-1 medications guide covers how supplement support differs from prescriptions.

"Drink packets curb cravings while promoting healthy blood sugar"
"When late-night cravings hit, I recommend this drink powder as a possible snack replacement. One ingredient I want to highlight is chromium polyursolate. Research on a related form, chromium picolinate, suggests that it may reduce food intake, lower hunger ratings, and decrease fat cravings in overweight women. Chromium can support insulin function and glucose metabolism, which may help keep blood sugar steady enough to avoid triggering cravings. I find this pairs nicely with the African Mango seed extract in this blend, which research suggests may be connected to improvements in body weight, waist size, and fasting blood sugar. Overall, I believe this supplement can be a helpful option for patients looking to manage cravings and support metabolic health."†

The questions people actually search. More on the FAQ page.
GLP-1 is a hormone your gut releases after you eat. It tells your brain you're full and slows how fast food leaves your stomach. A natural GLP-1 supplement doesn't inject the hormone; it gives your gut ingredients that support your body's own GLP-1 production.
Ozzi does that with 8g of allulose and 500mg of butyrate, the two ingredients with the most direct research on GLP-1 release, plus konjac fiber working the same pathway a third way.
Some do, most don't, and the difference is almost always the dose. A lot of products sprinkle in a few milligrams of a trendy ingredient so it can go on the label. The studies used grams.
Ozzi doses at the levels the research actually used: 8g allulose, 500mg butyrate, 500mg konjac glucomannan. And rather than ask you to take our word for it, the 14-Day Ozzi Challenge exists so you can test it on your own cravings with the refund already promised.
Nothing you can buy without a prescription works like GLP-1 medications, and anyone telling you otherwise is selling too hard.
What a well-dosed supplement can do is support your body's own GLP-1 production. Your gut already makes this hormone every time you eat; Ozzi's ingredients reach the cells that release it. For a lot of people that's enough to make the difference between cravings running the evening and not.
Three ways, and Ozzi uses all of them in one stick. Allulose reaches sweet receptors in your gut that trigger GLP-1 release. Butyrate stimulates the L-cells that secrete it. And soluble fiber like konjac ferments in your gut, feeding the same pathway.
Protein-rich meals and fiber-rich foods nudge GLP-1 too. The stick just makes the dose consistent, every day, without planning a menu around it.
No caffeine, no stimulants of any kind. That's deliberate: most people's worst craving window is 8 to 10pm, and a stimulant-based product can't be taken then.
Ozzi can. Mix a stick when the evening food noise starts, or make it your afternoon drink. It won't touch your sleep.
Yes, and not the vague kind of "tested" the supplement industry likes. Ozzi is certified by Eurofins Healthcare Assurance to NSF/ANSI 173, the American National Standard for dietary supplements (certificate 20260428-0002, all five flavors). Every production lot also gets its own Certificate of Analysis: heavy metals, ingredient identity, and a full micro panel.
The certificate and the details live on our testing and certification page. One thing we'll say plainly: no supplement is "FDA approved," ours included. The FDA registers manufacturing facilities; it doesn't approve supplements, and brands implying otherwise are lying to you.
Ask your doctor first, and we mean that literally, not as fine print. Chromium can affect blood sugar, and viscous fibers like glucomannan can change how some oral medications absorb. If you take diabetes medication or anything dose-sensitive, bring the Ozzi label to your appointment; every dose is listed, so it's a two-minute conversation.
Check with your doctor first. That's the honest answer for any supplement during pregnancy or breastfeeding, including this one.
Everything in Ozzi is listed on the label at its real dose, so your doctor can review exactly what's in it rather than guess at a proprietary blend.
The fullness from the fiber is immediate. The hormone side builds with daily use, so for most people the change in cravings and food noise becomes obvious inside the first two weeks.
That's why the guarantee runs exactly 14 straight days. Skipping days works against you.
14-Day Ozzi Challenge: Take it for 14 straight days. If your cravings and food noise aren't quieter, we'll refund your first bag.
All three parts of that matter. It's 14 consecutive days of daily use, the refund applies if your cravings and food noise aren't quieter, and it covers your first bag.
There's nothing to send back, because we don't do returns. Keep the bag either way. Email help@heyozzi.com with your order number and confirm you used it daily for two weeks. Refunds are valid within 28 days of delivery.
Judge them on four things. Are the actives dosed at the levels the research actually used, or sprinkled in at a few milligrams so they can go on the label? Is it a proprietary blend that hides the amounts? Is it third-party tested by a certifier you can look up? And does it lean on stimulants so it feels like it is doing something?
Ozzi's answer is six actives at printed doses: 8g allulose, 500mg L-Lysine butyrate, 500mg glucomannan, 150mg African mango, and Chromium Polyursolate. No stimulants, no blends, certified to NSF/ANSI 173 by Eurofins. On the weight half of that question we will be straight with you: what Ozzi supports is quieter cravings and food noise, not a number on a scale.
