Since Ozzi is caffeine and sugar free, you can take it at any time your cravings start to hit.
Mix Ozzi with 16-20oz of chilled water.
If you'd like some bubbles, you can mix with ~4oz of still water, then pour in sparkling water on top slowly to avoid foam spilling over.
Pro Tip: Use daily for best results. Start with 1/2 if you have a sensitive gut.
You're fine all day. Then the couch, the quiet, and the evening pull toward the snack drawer. That's the moment Ozzi was built for. Here's how it plays out.
DAY 1: Ozzi works fast. Allulose satisfies your sweet tooth without spiking your blood sugar, and the fiber starts to fill you up, so the evening cookie pull gets weaker.†
DAY 7: Butyrate is feeding your gut lining and the cells behind your fullness hormones.‡ You might notice a steadier appetite and fewer "I'm not even hungry" snack runs.
DAY 30: Your gut and brain are communicating better. Ozzi supports your body's natural GLP-1 and PYY, the signals that tell you you're full, plus a healthy blood-sugar response. Less food goes further.‡
MONTH 2+: Reaching for Ozzi instead of the snack drawer is just what you do now. The habit's stuck, and the benefits keep building.
† Based on ingredient mechanisms: allulose tastes sweet but isn't metabolized like sugar, so it doesn't raise blood glucose; glucomannan, a soluble fiber, forms a gel that promotes fullness.
‡ Butyrate is the primary fuel for gut-lining cells and, with other short-chain fatty acids, stimulates GLP-1 and PYY release from intestinal L-cells in laboratory and animal research. Allulose has been shown to support a healthy post-meal blood-sugar response in human studies at comparable doses. Individual results vary.

Ingredients
Ozzi contains 6 clinically studied active ingredients:
Allulose, Konjac Glucomannan, L-Lysine Butyrate (as BIOMEnd), African Mango Extract (Irvingia gabonensis seed), and Chromium Polyursolate (as Metabolex, chromium bound to ursolic acid). Each stick also delivers 860% daily value of Chromium.
Other ingredients: Citric Acid, Silica, Natural Flavor, L-Tartaric Acid, Reb M (OnoSweet), Pink Himalayan Sea Salt, and Trisodium Citrate.
5 calories per stick. 0g sugar. No caffeine. No monk fruit. No stevia. No synthetic dyes or sweeteners.
Allergies
Ozzi is free from dairy, nuts, soy, monk fruit, and stevia. Contains no caffeine and no artificial colors.
Despite the name, African mango isn't actually mango. Ozzi uses African mango (Irvingia gabonensis), a seed from a completely different plant family than the common mango (Mangifera indica) you find at the grocery store.
Here's why that matters. The compound behind most mango skin reactions is urushiol, the same irritant found in poison ivy and poison oak. It turns up in common mango because mango sits in the same plant family (Anacardiaceae) as poison ivy, cashews, and pistachios. African mango isn't in that family, so it doesn't carry urushiol.

GLP-1 is a natural hormone your body produces. It binds to receptors in your brain for 3 minutes before it is cleared, but it turns the receptor on for hours.
GLP-1 Agonists, commonly referred to just as "GLP-1", are a pharmaceutical mimic of your natural hormone. They stay active in the body for about a week.
Ozzi is formulated to help support your body's natural GLP-1 secretion.
Here's what customers who've tried GLP-1 medications are saying about Ozzi:
"I cannot say enough about this product. I was on a GLP-1 for 2 years and benefited most from the food noise reduction. I chose to get off of it due to its high cost. I have tried absolutely everything on the market and nothing, absolutely nothing has had the same effect until I came across Ozzi. I am a customer for life! This product is genuinely revolutionary for those who have struggled with ongoing cravings and food noise. I'm locked in. Thank you, thank you!" - Noralyn
"I've been using Ozzi for just a few days now but it definitely curbs my hunger. It's so much more pleasant than the feeling I got from the GLP-1 meds. No nausea at all. And it tastes great too!" - Dan

Walk the category and the ingredient panels rhyme: caffeine, green tea extract, bitter orange, yohimbe. There is a reason for that. Stimulants blunt appetite fast and you can feel them working within the hour, which makes them easy to sell.
The problem is everything else they do. Caffeine has a long enough half-life that an afternoon dose is still in you at bedtime. In a controlled trial, 400mg of caffeine taken six hours before bed still measurably disrupted sleep, and the people taking it underestimated how much it had [1]. That is the trade the label does not print: appetite control in the afternoon, worse sleep that night, and short sleep is one of the more reliable ways to be hungrier the next day.
Bitter orange, the usual swap for people avoiding caffeine, is stimulant chemistry too. Its active is p-synephrine, and while reviews of the human data have not found the cardiovascular effects it was once feared to have, it is still working on adrenergic receptors rather than on fullness [2].
Take the stimulant out and you have to replace the mechanism, not just the ingredient. That means working with the fullness signals you already have instead of overriding hunger with adrenaline.
Konjac fiber, for physical fullness. Glucomannan absorbs water and expands in the stomach, and viscous fibers like it slow how fast the stomach empties in ways researchers link to satiety signalling, including the gut's own fullness hormones [3]. Here is the caveat we would rather you heard from us: the weight-loss trials used doses in the grams. Ozzi's 500mg sits well below that, and it is there for satiety signalling alongside the rest of the formula, not as bulk fiber.
Allulose, for the sweet craving. Eight grams of a rare sugar that tastes like sugar. It has been studied in a randomised crossover trial for its effect on glucose tolerance and insulin response when taken with a standard sucrose load [4].
Neither of those needs a stimulant to do its job, which is why there is no cutoff time on the box and no reason to skip it because you have something on in the evening.
Berberine gets asked about more than anything else we left out, and it has real research behind it. Two things kept it off the panel. It inhibits several liver enzymes, CYP3A4 among them, plus P-glycoprotein, which is the route a long list of common prescriptions clears through, so it can raise blood levels of medications someone is already taking. And at the doses usually studied, around 500mg two or three times a day, digestive side effects are common.
Ozzi is built to be taken every day for months. An ingredient with that interaction profile does not suit that job, so the blood sugar work is done by chromium, allulose and konjac fiber instead. The full list of what is in and what is not is on the ingredients page.
No, and we would rather say so than sell you the word. A fat burner means a thermogenic, and thermogenics are stimulant-built by definition. Strip the stimulant out and you have removed the mechanism the name is referring to, which is why most products sold as stim-free fat burners are really appetite support wearing a more aggressive name.
What Ozzi is, described accurately, is an appetite suppressant with no caffeine, no stimulants and no berberine in it. If you are searching stimulant-free because you want something without the jitters, the afternoon crash or a hard cutoff time, that is the same problem, honestly labelled. There is a wider comparison on the natural appetite suppressant page.

"Drink packets curb cravings while promoting healthy blood sugar"
"When late-night cravings hit, I recommend this drink powder as a possible snack replacement. One ingredient I want to highlight is chromium polyursolate. Research on a related form, chromium picolinate, suggests that it may reduce food intake, lower hunger ratings, and decrease fat cravings in overweight women. Chromium can support insulin function and glucose metabolism, which may help keep blood sugar steady enough to avoid triggering cravings. I find this pairs nicely with the African Mango seed extract in this blend, which research suggests may be connected to improvements in body weight, waist size, and fasting blood sugar. Overall, I believe this supplement can be a helpful option for patients looking to manage cravings and support metabolic health."†

The questions people actually search. More on the FAQ page.
No caffeine, and no other ingredient acting on the same adrenergic pathway: no green tea extract, no bitter orange or p-synephrine, no yohimbe. That rules out most of the category, because those are the ingredients doing the work in a typical formula.
Ozzi has none of them. The fullness comes from konjac fiber expanding with water and from 8g of allulose handling the sweet craving, neither of which needs a stimulant behind it.
That is most of the point of one. Caffeine taken six hours before bed has been shown to disrupt sleep measurably in controlled testing, which is why stimulant-based products come with a cutoff time.
Ozzi has no cutoff. Plenty of customers take it in the evening specifically, because the hours they struggle with are the ones after dinner.
It is differently effective, and it depends what you are measuring. A stimulant produces a faster, more obvious effect you can feel. Fiber and allulose work on fullness and on the sweet craving, so it feels less like being switched off and more like the urge simply being smaller.
What we will not tell you is that it beats a stimulant on speed, because it does not. It beats it on being something you can take every day for months without wrecking your sleep.
No. Berberine inhibits several liver enzymes, CYP3A4 among them, plus P-glycoprotein, which is the pathway a long list of common prescriptions clears through, and digestive side effects are common at the doses usually studied.
For something meant to be taken daily for months, that interaction profile was a poor fit. Chromium, allulose and konjac fiber do the blood sugar work instead.
Depends entirely on whether anything is left once the caffeine is gone. A lot of caffeine-free products are the same formula with the active removed and nothing put back, which is why they underperform.
The thing to check is the dose panel. If the label hides amounts inside a proprietary blend, you cannot tell what you are getting. Every dose in Ozzi is printed, and where a dose sits below what the research used we say so in the same sentence as the study.
The most common one is mild digestive adjustment in the first week, which is what tends to happen when you add fiber to a diet that did not have much. Some people report the opposite and say it helps with regularity. A small number report cramping and stop taking it.
Start with one stick a day, always mix it into a full glass of water, and talk to your doctor before starting any supplement.
