How To Use

Since Ozzi is caffeine and sugar free, you can take it at any time your cravings start to hit.

Mix Ozzi with 16-20oz of chilled water.

If you'd like some bubbles, you can mix with ~4oz of still water, then pour in sparkling water on top slowly to avoid foam spilling over.

Pro Tip: Use daily for best results. Start with 1/2 if you have a sensitive gut.

What To Expect

You're fine all day. Then the couch, the quiet, and the evening pull toward the snack drawer. That's the moment Ozzi was built for. Here's how it plays out.

DAY 1: Ozzi works fast. Allulose satisfies your sweet tooth without spiking your blood sugar, and the fiber starts to fill you up, so the evening cookie pull gets weaker.†

DAY 7: Butyrate is feeding your gut lining and the cells behind your fullness hormones.‡ You might notice a steadier appetite and fewer "I'm not even hungry" snack runs.

DAY 30: Your gut and brain are communicating better. Ozzi supports your body's natural GLP-1 and PYY, the signals that tell you you're full, plus a healthy blood-sugar response. Less food goes further.‡

MONTH 2+: Reaching for Ozzi instead of the snack drawer is just what you do now. The habit's stuck, and the benefits keep building.

† Based on ingredient mechanisms: allulose tastes sweet but isn't metabolized like sugar, so it doesn't raise blood glucose; glucomannan, a soluble fiber, forms a gel that promotes fullness.

‡ Butyrate is the primary fuel for gut-lining cells and, with other short-chain fatty acids, stimulates GLP-1 and PYY release from intestinal L-cells in laboratory and animal research. Allulose has been shown to support a healthy post-meal blood-sugar response in human studies at comparable doses. Individual results vary.

Ingredients & Allergies

Ingredients

Ozzi contains 6 clinically studied active ingredients:

Allulose, konjac glucomannan, L-lysine butyrate (BIOMEnd), African mango seed extract, ursolic acid and chromium. The last two are supplied together through Metabolex chromium polyursolate. Each stick also delivers 860% daily value of Chromium.

Other ingredients: Citric Acid, Silica, Natural Flavor, L-Tartaric Acid, Reb M (OnoSweet), Pink Himalayan Sea Salt, and Trisodium Citrate.

5 calories per stick. 0g sugar. No caffeine. No monk fruit. No synthetic dyes or sweeteners.

Allergies

Ozzi is free from dairy, nuts, soy, and monk fruit. Contains no caffeine and no artificial colors.

Despite the name, African mango isn't actually mango. Ozzi uses African mango (Irvingia gabonensis), a seed from a completely different plant family than the common mango (Mangifera indica) you find at the grocery store.

Here's why that matters. The compound behind most mango skin reactions is urushiol, the same irritant found in poison ivy and poison oak. It turns up in common mango because mango sits in the same plant family (Anacardiaceae) as poison ivy, cashews, and pistachios. African mango isn't in that family, so it doesn't carry urushiol.

Natural GLP-1

GLP-1 is a hormone released by your gut after eating. Active GLP-1 is rapidly broken down, with a circulating half-life of roughly 1–2 minutes. That is not the same as receptor binding time.

GLP-1 Agonists, commonly referred to just as "GLP-1", are a pharmaceutical mimic of your natural hormone. They stay active in the body for about a week.

Ozzi is formulated to help support your body's natural GLP-1 secretion.

Here's what customers who've tried GLP-1 medications are saying about Ozzi:

"I cannot say enough about this product. I was on a GLP-1 for 2 years and benefited most from the food noise reduction. I chose to get off of it due to its high cost. I have tried absolutely everything on the market and nothing, absolutely nothing has had the same effect until I came across Ozzi. I am a customer for life! This product is genuinely revolutionary for those who have struggled with ongoing cravings and food noise. I'm locked in. Thank you, thank you!" - Noralyn

"I've been using Ozzi for just a few days now but it definitely curbs my hunger. It's so much more pleasant than the feeling I got from the GLP-1 meds. No nausea at all. And it tastes great too!" - Dan

Not everyone will experience the same results. That's why we offer the 14-Day Ozzi Challenge: take it for 14 straight days, and if your cravings and food noise aren't quieter, we'll refund your first bag.

Quick answer

What is a GLP-1 booster?

A GLP-1 booster is a supplement made from ingredients that support your body's own GLP-1, the gut hormone that helps tell your brain you've had enough to eat. It isn't a GLP-1 medication.

Your after-dinner cravings aren't really a willpower problem, they're a hormone problem, and GLP-1 is one of the hormones. Ozzi is a natural GLP-1 booster you drink after dinner, instead of the snack. One stick carries six actives at printed doses, with no caffeine and no stimulants.

How Ozzi works as a GLP-1 booster

GLP-1 is released by L-cells in your gut. Ozzi supports that signal three ways, and two more actives help keep the evening steady.

500mg

L-lysine butyrate (BIOMEnd)

What your gut bacteria make from fiber. It stimulates L-cells for GLP-1 and PYY secretion, two of the hormones behind fullness.

BIOMEnd reached the blood faster than tributyrin in a small human comparison. The human GLP-1 trials with sodium butyrate are mixed, and we say so.

Sources: butyrate and GLP-1 trial, sodium butyrate trial, butyrate absorption comparison

500mg

Konjac glucomannan

Swells in your stomach, so the fullness is physical and you can feel it the first night.

The meal studies are stronger than the long-term supplement studies.

Source: konjac viscosity and appetite study

150mg + 11mg

African mango and Metabolex

African mango seed extract is studied for appetite and satiety signaling. Metabolex pairs chromium, which supports blood sugar control, with ursolic acid.

Steadier blood sugar after dinner can mean fewer of the dips that set off sugar cravings. The African mango research is mostly small trials.

What a Doctor Says About Ozzi

Dr. Anand Balasubramanian, MD Verified clinician · Internal medicine · 19 years in practice

"Drink packets curb cravings while promoting healthy blood sugar"

"When late-night cravings hit, I recommend this drink powder as a possible snack replacement. One ingredient I want to highlight is chromium polyursolate. Research on a related form, chromium picolinate, suggests that it may reduce food intake, lower hunger ratings, and decrease fat cravings in overweight women. Chromium can support insulin function and glucose metabolism, which may help keep blood sugar steady enough to avoid triggering cravings. I find this pairs nicely with the African Mango seed extract in this blend, which research suggests may be connected to improvements in body weight, waist size, and fasting blood sugar. Overall, I believe this supplement can be a helpful option for patients looking to manage cravings and support metabolic health."†

Most buyers say it helps with cravings and the urge to snack at night.

Some buyers mention the powder smells strong when the pouch is opened, which comes from butyrate, our most powerful ingredient.

Many buyers also say the flavors taste good once the powder is mixed and that the smell does not carry into the drink.

  13. I just started taking Ozzi. But I'm so glad I have!! I bought one tart flavor (Cherry Limeade) and one sweet (Peach Elderflower).
I'm glad for the heads-up about the slight funky scent, because that would have been a turn off if I wasn't ready.
I notice the funkiness more in the limeade, but it's not terrible.
And in the peach? Oh, it's just a lightly sweet drink. I enjoy it, and I'm glad to have this as a healthy choice tool.

  19. I’ve been trying my best to lose 20 to 25lbs and quite literally have had the hardest time and that’s because after I eat a meal I crave something sweet especially at night after I’m off work and once I saw the Ozzi product info I was curious. Mind you i actually started taking this around the time I was due for my monthly cycle which is when my cravings kick in the hardest! And to my surprise I noticed my cravings subsided and my brain was able to stop the noise of falling hard for the cravings even when I wasn’t hungry. I’ll continue to use this product and see how things go!! But I’m off to a great start!

    Aminah m.

  20. Really works! I can usually control my cravings until the night time hunger hits. I've been having 1 Ozzi drink after dinner and I have been able to stop my night time snacking which has finally made it possible to budge the scale back a bit. I'm def ordering more.

GLP-1 Boosters, Answered

The questions people search before they buy one. More on the FAQ page.

What is a GLP-1 booster?

A GLP-1 booster is a supplement built from ingredients that support your body's own GLP-1 release. GLP-1 is the gut hormone that helps tell your brain you've had enough. A booster is not a GLP-1 medication and doesn't work like one.

Ozzi is a natural GLP-1 booster drink. One stick holds six actives at printed doses: 8g allulose, 500mg L-lysine butyrate (BIOMEnd), 500mg konjac glucomannan, 150mg African mango, and 11mg chromium polyursolate (Metabolex: chromium and ursolic acid).

Do GLP-1 boosters actually work?

A well-dosed one can support your body's own GLP-1 and fullness signals; a label full of tiny doses probably can't. Allulose has human studies that measured GLP-1 release, at 10g and 25g. Human butyrate trials are mixed, with some positive and some nonsignificant GLP-1 results. Konjac glucomannan has meal studies on fullness.

With Ozzi, the fullness from the fiber is what you feel first. We give the craving side 14 days of daily use, which is why the guarantee runs 14 days.

Is a GLP-1 booster the same as a GLP-1 medication?

No. Nothing you can buy without a prescription works the way GLP-1 medications work, Ozzi included, and any brand telling you otherwise is selling too hard.

Prescription GLP-1 medications act on GLP-1 receptors directly. A booster supports your own production and your satiety signals. Different tool, different size of effect. If you're coming off a medication, our guide to appetite after GLP-1 medications covers that stretch.

Are natural GLP-1 boosters safe?

Check the label before you trust the word natural. Look for every active listed with its dose, no stimulants, and third-party testing. Proprietary blends hide the doses, so you can't tell what you're taking.

Ozzi's drink is caffeine-free with no stimulants, and it's certified to NSF/ANSI 173 by Eurofins (see the certificate). Allulose can upset your stomach at large amounts; one stick has 8g. If you're pregnant, nursing, or on medication, ask your doctor first.

Can I take a GLP-1 booster while on GLP-1 medication?

Ask your prescriber first, and we mean that literally. Chromium can affect blood sugar, and viscous fibers like glucomannan can change how some oral medications absorb.

Every dose in Ozzi is on the label, so bring it to your appointment and it's a two-minute conversation.

What's the best natural GLP-1 booster?

We make one, so weigh our answer accordingly. Use the five label checks above on any of them. We built Ozzi to pass them, and the comparison above shows how the labels line up.

GLP-1 booster powder or pills: which is better?

We make both, and we point most people to the drink. The stick carries 8g of allulose, which the capsules can't fit, and the drink format is the one we built the formula around.

If you can't do a drink, the capsules carry a related formula without the allulose, three capsules a day.

When should I take a GLP-1 booster?

Take Ozzi after dinner, when the cravings usually hit. Mix one stick into water and drink it instead of the snack you'd normally reach for.

Daily use matters more than timing tricks. The fullness is immediate; the craving side builds over two weeks.

What foods boost GLP-1 naturally?

Protein, fiber-rich plants like beans and vegetables, and healthy fats are the foods most often studied for GLP-1 response. Eating protein and fiber first in a meal is a simple habit that helps.

Food does real work here. A booster like Ozzi is for the part food alone doesn't settle: the after-dinner cravings and food noise.

Where can I read GLP-1 booster reviews?

Ozzi's customer reviews are on this page, just above this FAQ, straight from verified buyers. Read the low stars too.

On Reddit, the useful threads are the ones where people post the label and say what changed after two weeks, not the ones that name a brand and nothing else.

Supergut vs Ozzi: what's the difference?

Supergut's GLP-1 product is a 6g prebiotic fiber blend that doesn't list how much of each fiber you get. Ozzi is a drink stick with six named actives at printed doses, including 8g allulose and 500mg L-lysine butyrate, which Supergut's label doesn't include.

Both are stimulant-free. The comparison above has the label details and the date we checked them.
