How to Stop Snacking All Day, When You're Not Even Hungry
The problem usually isn't the snack. It's that you stopped eating meals and started eating all day.
You're not hungry. You know you're not hungry. You go anyway, four or five times between breakfast and dinner, and by evening you couldn't say what you ate or when. Here's what's actually happening in your gut when a day is made of small inputs instead of real meals, and the six things that change it. Ozzi Crave Crusher is a daily drink stick with six clinically studied actives, dosed at the levels the research used. If your day has no meals in it, eating real meals is the primary fix and a drink isn't. What Ozzi does is make the hours between those meals survivable while the habit unlearns itself. One stick in cold water. Five calories, no caffeine, no stimulants, so it works at 10am and at 3pm.

How To Use
Since Ozzi is caffeine and sugar free, you can take it at any time your cravings start to hit.
Mix Ozzi with 16-20oz of chilled water.
If you'd like some bubbles, you can mix with ~4oz of still water, then pour in sparkling water on top slowly to avoid foam spilling over.
Pro Tip: Use daily for best results. Start with 1/2 if you have a sensitive gut.
What To Expect
You're fine all day. Then the couch, the quiet, and the evening pull toward the snack drawer. That's the moment Ozzi was built for. Here's how it plays out.
DAY 1: Ozzi works fast. Allulose satisfies your sweet tooth without spiking your blood sugar, and the fiber starts to fill you up, so the evening cookie pull gets weaker.†
DAY 7: Butyrate is feeding your gut lining and the cells behind your fullness hormones.‡ You might notice a steadier appetite and fewer "I'm not even hungry" snack runs.
DAY 30: Your gut and brain are communicating better. Ozzi supports your body's natural GLP-1 and PYY, the signals that tell you you're full, plus a healthy blood-sugar response. Less food goes further.‡
MONTH 2+: Reaching for Ozzi instead of the snack drawer is just what you do now. The habit's stuck, and the benefits keep building.
† Based on ingredient mechanisms: allulose tastes sweet but isn't metabolized like sugar, so it doesn't raise blood glucose; glucomannan, a soluble fiber, forms a gel that promotes fullness.
‡ Butyrate is the primary fuel for gut-lining cells and, with other short-chain fatty acids, stimulates GLP-1 and PYY release from intestinal L-cells in laboratory and animal research. Allulose has been shown to support a healthy post-meal blood-sugar response in human studies at comparable doses. Individual results vary.

Ingredients & Allergies
Ingredients
Ozzi contains 6 clinically studied active ingredients:
Allulose, Konjac Glucomannan, L-Lysine Butyrate (as BIOMEnd), African Mango Extract (Irvingia gabonensis seed), and Chromium Polyursolate (as Metabolex, chromium bound to ursolic acid). Each stick also delivers 860% daily value of Chromium.
Other ingredients: Citric Acid, Silica, Natural Flavor, L-Tartaric Acid, Reb M (OnoSweet), Pink Himalayan Sea Salt, and Trisodium Citrate.
5 calories per stick. 0g sugar. No caffeine. No monk fruit. No stevia. No synthetic dyes or sweeteners.
Allergies
Ozzi is free from dairy, nuts, soy, monk fruit, and stevia. Contains no caffeine and no artificial colors.
Despite the name, African mango isn't actually mango. Ozzi uses African mango (Irvingia gabonensis), a seed from a completely different plant family than the common mango (Mangifera indica) you find at the grocery store.
Here's why that matters. The compound behind most mango skin reactions is urushiol, the same irritant found in poison ivy and poison oak. It turns up in common mango because mango sits in the same plant family (Anacardiaceae) as poison ivy, cashews, and pistachios. African mango isn't in that family, so it doesn't carry urushiol.

Natural GLP-1
GLP-1 is a natural hormone your body produces. It binds to receptors in your brain for 3 minutes before it is cleared, but it turns the receptor on for hours.
GLP-1 Agonists, commonly referred to just as "GLP-1", are a pharmaceutical mimic of your natural hormone. They stay active in the body for about a week.
Ozzi is formulated to help support your body's natural GLP-1 secretion.
Here's what customers who've tried GLP-1 medications are saying about Ozzi:
"I cannot say enough about this product. I was on a GLP-1 for 2 years and benefited most from the food noise reduction. I chose to get off of it due to its high cost. I have tried absolutely everything on the market and nothing, absolutely nothing has had the same effect until I came across Ozzi. I am a customer for life! This product is genuinely revolutionary for those who have struggled with ongoing cravings and food noise. I'm locked in. Thank you, thank you!" - Noralyn
"I've been using Ozzi for just a few days now but it definitely curbs my hunger. It's so much more pleasant than the feeling I got from the GLP-1 meds. No nausea at all. And it tastes great too!" - Dan
Not everyone will experience the same results. That's why we offer the 14-Day Ozzi Challenge: take it for 14 straight days, and if your cravings and food noise aren't quieter, we'll refund your first bag.

Hunger or habit? Five questions.
Real hunger and a habit signal feel almost identical in the moment. They come from completely different places. Open the ones that sound like you. If your snacking clusters after dinner, read this one instead; if you're eating to change how you feel, start here; and if it's a toddler doing the grazing, this page is written for adults.
Did this feeling build slowly, or did it arrive?
Real hunger ramps. It starts as a vague hollowness and gets louder over twenty or thirty minutes. A habit signal arrives complete, usually within seconds of a cue: you close a document, you walk past the kitchen, the meeting ends.
If it showed up finished, it isn't hunger. It's a trigger.
Where do you feel it?
Physical hunger sits in your stomach and, if you ignore it long enough, your energy. A craving sits in your head as a picture of a specific food.
Hunger will take anything. Habit wants one thing, and it wants it now.
When did you last eat something that counted as a meal?
If the honest answer is "I've been picking since 10", that's the finding. Your gut releases its fullness hormones in response to a real load of food arriving. Small inputs, spread out, never give it a big enough trigger to fire properly, so you can eat continuously and still never get the signal that says stop.
That is the graze loop, and it is a dosing problem, not a discipline problem.
Would a plain, boring food fix it?
Ask yourself whether a plate of eggs would do. If yes, you're hungry. If the honest answer is "no, that's not what I want", you're answering a craving.
This one takes four seconds and it's the most useful question on the list.
What were you doing thirty seconds ago?
Most desk grazing is bracketed by boredom or a task switch, not by hunger. The urge lands in the gap between two things.
Name the gap and the urge usually loses most of its grip, because you've moved it from "I need food" to "I need something to do for two minutes".
Four out of five pointing at habit is the normal result, not a bad one. It means the thing to change is the shape of your day and the strength of your fullness signal, not how hard you're trying.
You didn't start snacking more. You stopped eating meals.
Most people who graze all day didn't add snacks to three meals. They quietly replaced two of the meals.
Breakfast became coffee and half a bar. Lunch became whatever was in reach at the desk. And because neither of those was a meal, the afternoon turned into a slow drip of small things, none of which registered as eating.
By dinner you can't account for the day. That's not a memory problem. It's what happens when food stops arriving in blocks you'd call a meal.
Why a day of small inputs never makes you feel fed
Your gut doesn't just detect calories. It responds to a load.
When a real meal arrives, cells in your intestine release the hormones that tell your brain you're done, and those hormones move on a curve: they climb, they peak, they hold. That curve is what "full" actually feels like. A handful of something, four times, doesn't produce one curve. It produces four small bumps that never get high enough to change anything.
So you can eat more or less continuously and still never get the signal.
[HUMAN, SMALL RCT] This shows up when researchers test it directly. In a controlled trial that held calories identical and only changed how many times a day people ate, eating more frequently did not make people less hungry. If anything the more-frequent pattern came out worse on appetite than three meals. (Ohkawara et al., Obesity, 2013. PMID 23404961)
[HUMAN, OBSERVATIONAL] Free-living data points the same way. In adults eating their own self-selected diets, more eating occasions per day tracked with more energy over the day, not with better regulation of it. (McCrory et al., J Nutr, 2011. PMID 21123466)
More often is not the same as more satisfied. That's the part the usual advice never says.
The dip you feel two hours after a bad lunch
There's a second half to this, and it's the reason grazing feeds itself.
When you eat something quick and light on protein and fiber, your blood sugar comes up and then comes down, and in a lot of people it undershoots where it started before it settles. That undershoot is a real, measurable event, and it's a good predictor of what you do next.
[HUMAN, LARGE COHORT] In more than a thousand adults wearing continuous glucose monitors, the size of the post-meal glucose dip predicted how hungry people felt, how soon they ate again, and how much they ate over the rest of the day. Bigger dips meant hungrier people and more food. (Wyatt et al., Nature Metabolism, 2021. PMID 33846643)
So the 3pm pull is not a character event. It's roughly on schedule from what you ate at 12:45.
Eating when you're not hungry is a normal, named thing
If you've been telling yourself something is wrong with you, it's worth knowing that eating in the absence of hunger is a specific behaviour researchers measure in adults with a validated questionnaire. It's common enough to need a standard instrument. (Pasquale et al., Appetite, 2023. PMID 36379306)
[HUMAN, EXPERIMENTAL + FIELD] And the desk version has been tested on its own terms. In an experimental and momentary-assessment study, boredom itself predicted snack consumption, beyond sadness or a neutral mood. The gap between two tasks is a real trigger, not an excuse. (Meng et al., Psychological Reports, 2026. PMID 41974426)
This is where the whole willpower story falls apart. You've been trying to out-discipline a signalling problem. Cravings aren't a willpower problem, they're a hormone problem, and trying harder has never once changed a hormone.
Six things that break the loop
- Eat two things you'd call meals before 2pm. Not because breakfast is magic. Because two real loads of food produce two real fullness curves, and twelve small ones produce none. If cutting back is your instinct here, read why restriction backfires first.
- Put protein and fiber in the first one. Higher-protein eating patterns improve appetite control across the day in controlled work. (Leidy et al., Obesity, 2010. PMID 20339363)
- Run the five questions before you eat, not after. Especially question four. A plate of eggs is a four-second test.
- Give the gap something that isn't food. Task switches are the trigger. Stand up, refill water, walk to the end of the hall. You're not resisting the urge, you're taking away its window.
- Stop eating at the desk. The oldest tip on the results page and it's still right. A cue you've paired with food a thousand times will keep firing.
- Give the signal something to work with between meals. This is the one nobody mentions, and it's where a drink stick earns its place. It is the sixth move, not the first: the meals are the fix, and this is what makes the hours between them survivable.
There are more ways to curb appetite naturally if you want the longer list.
Where Ozzi fits, honestly
Ozzi is not the fix for a day with no meals in it. Eat the meals. That's the main event and no drink replaces it.
What Ozzi Crave Crusher does is make the gap between them survivable while the habit unlearns itself. One stick in cold water, once a day. Six actives, all listed at their real dose, and you can read all six actives and their doses in full.
[HUMAN RCT] 8g of allulose, at the level human work used, reaching the sweet receptors in your gut that are involved in satiation hormone release. (Teysseire et al., J Nutr, 2022. PMID 35135006)
[HUMAN RCT] 500mg of konjac glucomannan, a viscous fiber studied in crossover work on appetite and energy intake. (Au-Yeung et al., Br J Nutr, 2018. PMID 29202887)
[MOUSE AND CELL] 500mg of L-lysine butyrate as BIOMEnd. The GLP-1 evidence for butyrate is mouse and cell work, not human trials, and we'd rather say that than let you assume otherwise. Here's why the delivery form of butyrate matters. (Yadav et al., J Biol Chem, 2013. PMID 23836895)
Plus 150mg African mango extract, and chromium with ursolic acid as Metabolex. That's the whole formula. Five calories, no caffeine, no stimulants, so it fits at 10am and 3pm, which is when a grazer actually needs it.
14-Day Ozzi Challenge: Take it for 14 straight days. If your cravings and food noise aren't quieter, we'll refund your first bag.

What a Doctor Says About Ozzi
"Drink packets curb cravings while promoting healthy blood sugar"
"When late-night cravings hit, I recommend this drink powder as a possible snack replacement. One ingredient I want to highlight is chromium polyursolate. Research on a related form, chromium picolinate, suggests that it may reduce food intake, lower hunger ratings, and decrease fat cravings in overweight women. Chromium can support insulin function and glucose metabolism, which may help keep blood sugar steady enough to avoid triggering cravings. I find this pairs nicely with the African Mango seed extract in this blend, which research suggests may be connected to improvements in body weight, waist size, and fasting blood sugar. Overall, I believe this supplement can be a helpful option for patients looking to manage cravings and support metabolic health."†

Snacking, Answered
The questions people actually search about grazing all day. More on the full FAQ.
Why do I snack when I'm not hungry?
Because hunger and habit produce almost the same feeling from completely different places. Real hunger builds slowly, sits in your stomach, and will accept any food. A habit signal arrives complete within seconds of a cue, sits in your head as a picture of one specific food, and refuses substitutes.
Eating in the absence of hunger is common enough that researchers measure it in adults with a validated questionnaire. The fastest test is to ask whether a plate of eggs would fix it. If the answer is no, you're answering a craving, not hunger.
Why do I snack so much?
Usually because the day stopped containing meals. Your gut releases fullness hormones in response to a real load of food, so a day made of small inputs produces small bumps instead of one curve, and the signal that says stop never fully fires.
In controlled work where calories were held identical and only eating frequency changed, eating more often did not make people less hungry.
How do I stop grazing all day?
Put two things you'd call meals in before 2pm, with protein and fiber in the first one, and make the gaps between them do something other than food.
Most desk grazing lands in the gap between two tasks, so standing up or refilling water removes the window rather than fighting the urge. Then give the fullness signal something to work with between meals.
Is snacking bad for you?
Snacking isn't the problem. Snacking instead of eating is.
A planned snack with protein and fiber between two real meals is fine. Twelve unplanned small inputs that replaced lunch is the pattern that leaves you eating all day without ever feeling fed.
Why am I hungry an hour after eating?
Often because of the dip. A quick, light meal brings your blood sugar up and then down, and in many people it undershoots where it started before settling.
In more than a thousand adults wearing continuous glucose monitors, the size of that dip predicted how hungry they felt, how soon they ate again, and how much they ate over the rest of the day.
How do I know if I'm actually hungry?
Five questions: did the feeling build slowly or arrive complete, do you feel it in your stomach or picture it in your head, when did you last eat an actual meal, would a plain boring food fix it, and what were you doing thirty seconds ago.
Four out of five pointing at habit is the normal result.
Does drinking water stop snacking?
Sometimes, and not for the reason people say. Thirst is rarely mistaken for hunger.
What a glass of water reliably does is take you out of the chair and put ninety seconds between the cue and the food, which is usually enough for a habit signal to lose its grip. Real hunger will still be there afterwards. That's useful information either way.
Will a supplement stop me snacking?
Not on its own, and anyone promising that is selling too hard. If your day has no meals in it, eating meals is the fix, and no drink replaces it.
What a well-dosed supplement can do is support your body's own fullness signalling between those meals, so the gaps are survivable while the habit unlearns itself. Ozzi doses at the levels the research used: 8g allulose, 500mg konjac glucomannan, 500mg L-lysine butyrate.
When should I take Ozzi if I snack all day?
Most all-day grazers take it mid-morning or mid-afternoon, in the window where the picking usually starts. It has no caffeine and no stimulants, so there's no time of day it's off limits.
One stick in 16 to 20oz of chilled water. Daily use is what the guarantee is built around.
What if it doesn't work for me?
14-Day Ozzi Challenge: Take it for 14 straight days. If your cravings and food noise aren't quieter, we'll refund your first bag.
All three parts matter: fourteen consecutive days of daily use, the refund applies if your cravings and food noise aren't quieter, and it covers your first bag.
There's nothing to send back, because we don't do returns. Keep the bag either way. Email help@heyozzi.com with your order number and confirm daily use for two weeks. Refunds are valid within 28 days of delivery.
What can I drink instead of snacking?
Something with real fiber and real volume. Flavored water is a decent distraction for about four minutes, and then you are back in the kitchen.
Ozzi's 500mg of glucomannan gels with the 16oz of water you mix it into, which is where the fullness comes from, and 8g of allulose gives you sweetness without a sugar load. Use it as a swap for the 3pm graze. It is not a meal replacement and it is not meant to be one.
Are fiber supplements good for constant snacking?
In principle yes, but the type and the dose decide it. Bulk fibers like psyllium add volume. Viscous fibers like glucomannan thicken into a gel, and that gel is what slows stomach emptying and supports fullness.
Ozzi uses 500mg of glucomannan, and we will say plainly that this is a modest dose next to some trials. Take it with the full 16oz of water. Viscous fiber can also change how some oral medications absorb, so space it away from anything dose-sensitive and ask your doctor first.
