How To Use
Since Ozzi is caffeine and sugar free, you can take it at any time your cravings start to hit.
Mix Ozzi with 16-20oz of chilled water.
If you'd like some bubbles, you can mix with ~4oz of still water, then pour in sparkling water on top slowly to avoid foam spilling over.
Pro Tip: Use daily for best results. Start with 1/2 if you have a sensitive gut.
What To Expect
You're fine all day. Then the couch, the quiet, and the evening pull toward the snack drawer. That's the moment Ozzi was built for. Here's how it plays out.
DAY 1: Ozzi works fast. Allulose satisfies your sweet tooth without spiking your blood sugar, and the fiber starts to fill you up, so the evening cookie pull gets weaker.†
DAY 7: Butyrate is feeding your gut lining and the cells behind your fullness hormones.‡ You might notice a steadier appetite and fewer "I'm not even hungry" snack runs.
DAY 30: Your gut and brain are communicating better. Ozzi supports your body's natural GLP-1 and PYY, the signals that tell you you're full, plus a healthy blood-sugar response. Less food goes further.‡
MONTH 2+: Reaching for Ozzi instead of the snack drawer is just what you do now. The habit's stuck, and the benefits keep building.
† Based on ingredient mechanisms: allulose tastes sweet but isn't metabolized like sugar, so it doesn't raise blood glucose; glucomannan, a soluble fiber, forms a gel that promotes fullness.
‡ Butyrate is the primary fuel for gut-lining cells and, with other short-chain fatty acids, stimulates GLP-1 and PYY release from intestinal L-cells in laboratory and animal research. Allulose has been shown to support a healthy post-meal blood-sugar response in human studies at comparable doses. Individual results vary.

Ingredients & Allergies
Ingredients
Ozzi contains 6 clinically studied active ingredients:
Allulose, Konjac Glucomannan, L-Lysine Butyrate (as BIOMEnd), African Mango Extract (Irvingia gabonensis seed), and Chromium Polyursolate (as Metabolex, chromium bound to ursolic acid). Each stick also delivers 860% daily value of Chromium.
Other ingredients: Citric Acid, Silica, Natural Flavor, L-Tartaric Acid, Reb M (OnoSweet), Pink Himalayan Sea Salt, and Trisodium Citrate.
5 calories per stick. 0g sugar. No caffeine. No monk fruit. No stevia. No synthetic dyes or sweeteners.
Allergies
Ozzi is free from dairy, nuts, soy, monk fruit, and stevia. Contains no caffeine and no artificial colors.
Despite the name, African mango isn't actually mango. Ozzi uses African mango (Irvingia gabonensis), a seed from a completely different plant family than the common mango (Mangifera indica) you find at the grocery store.
Here's why that matters. The compound behind most mango skin reactions is urushiol, the same irritant found in poison ivy and poison oak. It turns up in common mango because mango sits in the same plant family (Anacardiaceae) as poison ivy, cashews, and pistachios. African mango isn't in that family, so it doesn't carry urushiol.
If you have specific dietary concerns, please review the full supplement facts label or contact us before use.
Natural GLP-1
GLP-1 is a natural hormone your body produces. It binds to receptors in your brain for 3 minutes before it is cleared, but it turns the receptor on for hours.
GLP-1 Agonists, commonly referred to just as "GLP-1", are a pharmaceutical mimic of your natural hormone. They stay active in the body for about a week.
Ozzi is formulated to help support your body's natural GLP-1 secretion.
Here's what customers who've tried GLP-1 medications are saying about Ozzi:
"I cannot say enough about this product. I was on a GLP-1 for 2 years and benefited most from the food noise reduction. I chose to get off of it due to its high cost. I have tried absolutely everything on the market and nothing, absolutely nothing has had the same effect until I came across Ozzi. I am a customer for life! This product is genuinely revolutionary for those who have struggled with ongoing cravings and food noise. I'm locked in. Thank you, thank you!" - Noralyn
"I've been using Ozzi for just a few days now but it definitely curbs my hunger. It's so much more pleasant than the feeling I got from the GLP-1 meds. No nausea at all. And it tastes great too!" - Dan
Not everyone will experience the same results. That's why we offer the 14-Day Ozzi Challenge: take it for 14 straight days, and if your cravings and food noise aren't quieter, we'll refund your first bag.

Dinner was fine. You ate a real meal, the dishes are done, and now it's 9pm and you're standing at the open cupboard eating crackers over the sink.
You've read the tip lists. Journal your food, drink water, go to bed earlier. You've tried them, and they slide off. They're aimed at the wrong hour. Late night snacking is a timing problem, and timing problems get solved before they start, not during.
The 20-minute pre-emption protocol
Five steps, each with a time on it. Only one of them involves buying anything.
- 6:00 to 7:00pm, eat a dinner with protein and something with fiber in it. Standard advice, and it's standard because it holds.
- 7:30pm, close the kitchen with a physical act. Lights off, dishwasher on, counters clear. The act is the point, not the tidiness.
- 8:40pm, drink one Ozzi stick in cold water. Twenty minutes ahead of your usual pull, not inside it.
- 9:00pm, change the room. Different chair, hands busy, the show moved to a screen that isn't next to food.
- If the pull still lands, eat a real portion on a plate, sitting down. Grazing standing up in front of an open cupboard is what makes people lose track of what they ate. If you want to know how to stop grazing after dinner, that is most of the answer.
Steps one, two, four and five are useful whether or not you ever buy a drink. That's deliberate.
Why late night cravings hit hardest between dinner and bed
Three forces land in the same 90 minutes.
- Your body clock. Scheer and colleagues put 12 healthy adults through a forced desynchrony protocol that held meals, sleep and activity constant, and hunger and appetite ratings still peaked in the biological evening. Human study, small, tightly controlled. (PMID 23456944) So if what you're asking is why am I so hungry at night after a real dinner, part of the answer is scheduled.
- Short sleep. Spiegel and colleagues restricted 12 healthy young men to 4 hours in bed for two nights in a crossover design. Leptin fell, ghrelin rose, and self-reported hunger and appetite rose with them. Human, small, all male, short term. (PMID 15583226) Short sleep and night snacking feed each other, which is why "go to bed earlier" is good advice that's hard to start.
- Cues. The couch, the show, the same hour. A habit cue doesn't need hunger to fire. That one is behavior, not a study finding, and we're not going to dress it up as one.
This is also the stretch of the evening where food noise gets loudest for a lot of people.
Does eating late actually matter, or is that a myth?
Is it bad to eat before bed? The honest version is that timing changes how hunger behaves more than it decides any single night. Vujovic and colleagues ran a randomized crossover in adults with overweight and obesity: same calories, same food, shifted about four hours later. The late schedule increased hunger, altered appetite hormone profiles and decreased energy expenditure. Human, small, controlled feeding. (PMID 36198293)
McHill and colleagues separately found later circadian timing of food intake associated with higher body fat, which is observational and does not establish cause. (PMID 28877894) All of that is a statement about appetite and energy expenditure. It is not a weight-loss finding, and nobody should read a supplement into that gap.
What's in the stick, and what the evidence actually is
Six actives, doses printed on the label: 8g allulose, 500mg konjac glucomannan, 500mg L-Lysine butyrate (BIOMEnd), 150mg African mango, and chromium (as Metabolex), which pairs 300mcg of chromium with about 10mg of ursolic acid. No proprietary blend. Every dose is on the ingredients page.
Konjac's job here is mechanical and immediate. It's a viscous soluble fiber that takes on water and adds volume in your stomach, which is why the stick goes in ahead of the window rather than during it.
On allulose, Teysseire and colleagues ran a randomized controlled trial in healthy human adults looking at gut sweet taste receptor activity and satiation hormone release. Human, small. (PMID 35135006) On butyrate, Yadav and colleagues showed butyrate-induced GLP-1 secretion in mouse and cell studies, and that species label belongs in the same sentence as the claim, not in a footnote. (PMID 23836895) Ozzi supports your body's natural GLP-1 production. It is not a medication and it does not work like one, which is a distinction worth reading in full on our GLP-1 page.
Zero caffeine, zero stimulants. You can drink it at 8:40pm and go to bed at 10:30. That's a fact about the formula, not a claim about your sleep.
If what you want at 9pm is specifically something sweet, that's a slightly different pattern and we wrote about it separately on the sugar craving suppressant page.
When it's not a habit
Night eating syndrome is a recognized clinical condition, and it is a different thing from the ordinary evening grazing this page is about. If you regularly wake up to eat, can't fall back asleep without eating, or feel real distress and loss of control around night eating, that's a conversation for a doctor or a registered dietitian. Ozzi is a supplement for ordinary evening cravings. It is not a treatment for night eating syndrome, and this page won't pretend otherwise.
What we won't promise
No weight-loss claim. No disease outcome. No "works for everyone." What we will put in writing is this: 14-Day Ozzi Challenge: Take it for 14 straight days. If your cravings and food noise aren't quieter, we'll refund your first bag.
The rest is checkable. Ozzi is certified by Eurofins Healthcare Assurance to NSF/ANSI 173, certificate 20260428-0002, with the paperwork on the testing and certification page. It's recommended by 750+ licensed clinicians through FrontRow Health's verified program, listed on the clinician page. Everything else we've written sits in the guides directory.

Why 9pm Wins
Three things line up in the same 90 minutes. None of them is willpower.
Your evening, hour by hour
-
6:00pm
Dinner
You ate a real meal. This part is usually fine.
-
7:30pm
Kitchen closed
Dishes done. You are not hungry yet. Nothing has gone wrong.
-
8:00pm
The window opens
Your body clock starts raising hunger signalling whether or not you ate enough.
-
8:40pm
Drink one stick
20 minutes before the pull, not during it. 500mg konjac takes on water in your stomach, and 8g allulose reaches the sweet receptors in your gut that trigger fullness signalling.
Build your box -
9:00pm
Peak pull
This is the hour people describe as "I wasn't even hungry." Pre-empted, it passes.
-
10:30pm
Bed
Zero caffeine, so the 8:40 stick has nothing to do with whether you sleep.
What's stacking up at 9pm
-
Your body clock, not your dinner
In a lab study that held food, sleep and activity constant, hunger and appetite ratings peaked in the evening on the internal circadian clock alone.
Human study, 12 healthy adults, forced desynchrony. Scheer 2013, PMID 23456944. -
Short sleep moves the hormones
Two nights of 4 hours in bed lowered leptin, raised ghrelin, and raised self-reported hunger and appetite.
Human study, 12 healthy young men, crossover. Spiegel 2004, PMID 15583226. -
The room is full of cues
The couch, the screen, the same hour every night. Habit cues don't need hunger to fire.
Behavioral, not a study claim.

What a Doctor Says About Ozzi
"Drink packets curb cravings while promoting healthy blood sugar"
"When late-night cravings hit, I recommend this drink powder as a possible snack replacement. One ingredient I want to highlight is chromium polyursolate. Research on a related form, chromium picolinate, suggests that it may reduce food intake, lower hunger ratings, and decrease fat cravings in overweight women. Chromium can support insulin function and glucose metabolism, which may help keep blood sugar steady enough to avoid triggering cravings. I find this pairs nicely with the African Mango seed extract in this blend, which research suggests may be connected to improvements in body weight, waist size, and fasting blood sugar. Overall, I believe this supplement can be a helpful option for patients looking to manage cravings and support metabolic health."†

Late Night Snacking, Answered
The questions people actually type. More on the FAQ page.
Why do I crave food at night even when I'm not hungry?
Because evening hunger runs partly on your body clock, not just on what you ate. In a study that held meals, sleep and activity constant, hunger and appetite ratings still peaked in the biological evening.
Add short sleep and the same couch at the same hour, and the pull arrives whether or not dinner was enough.
How do I stop eating at night?
Pre-empt the window instead of fighting it. Close the kitchen with a physical act around 7:30, put something with volume in your stomach about 20 minutes before your usual pull, and change the room at 9.
Willpower applied at 9:01 is the one strategy that reliably fails.
What can I drink instead of snacking at night?
Water helps a little and stops helping fast. Ozzi is a 5-calorie drink stick with 8g of allulose and 500mg of konjac glucomannan, a soluble fiber that takes on water and adds volume.
That's why it goes in before the window rather than during it.
Is it bad to eat before bed?
The honest answer is that timing changes how hunger behaves more than it changes any single night. A randomized crossover in adults with overweight and obesity found that eating the same calories about four hours later increased hunger and decreased energy expenditure.
That's a statement about appetite, not a weight-loss claim.
How do I stop snacking in front of the TV?
Break the pairing rather than the habit. Move the snack out of arm's reach, put your hands to work with something, and if you do eat, put a real portion on a plate and sit down.
The grazing that people lose track of almost always happens standing up.
Does drinking water actually stop night cravings?
It takes the edge off for a few minutes and then the edge comes back. Water has no viscosity and leaves your stomach quickly.
That's the reason Ozzi uses konjac glucomannan, which takes on water and stays.
Will Ozzi keep me awake if I drink it at 9pm?
No. Zero caffeine and zero stimulants of any kind, which was deliberate.
The worst craving window for most people is the one right before bed, and a stimulant-based product can't be taken then.
Is late night eating a sign of something more serious?
Sometimes. Night eating syndrome is a recognized clinical condition, and regularly waking to eat, being unable to fall back asleep without eating, or feeling real distress and loss of control around it are reasons to talk to a doctor or a registered dietitian.
Ozzi is a supplement for ordinary evening cravings, not a treatment for that.
What's the best supplement to stop late night snacking?
The one dosed at the levels the research actually used, which rules out most of them. Ozzi has six actives with their doses on the label: 8g allulose, 500mg konjac glucomannan, 500mg L-Lysine butyrate, 150mg African mango, and chromium (as Metabolex) with ursolic acid.
No proprietary blend, nothing to look up.
What if it doesn't work for me?
14-Day Ozzi Challenge: Take it for 14 straight days. If your cravings and food noise aren't quieter, we'll refund your first bag.
There's nothing to send back, because we don't do returns. Keep the bag either way. Email help@heyozzi.com with your order number and confirm daily use, within 28 days of delivery.
How do I stop eating sugar at night?
If the nighttime pull is specifically sweet, that's its own pattern and we wrote a whole page for it: the sugar craving suppressant covers the sweet tooth in full.
The short version here: 8g of allulose answers the sweet hit without a sugar load, and the same evening protocol on this page still applies. Eat enough at dinner, close the kitchen early, and put something in your hands that is not food.
