How To Use
Since Ozzi is caffeine and sugar free, you can take it at any time your cravings start to hit.
Mix Ozzi with 16-20oz of chilled water.
If you'd like some bubbles, you can mix with ~4oz of still water, then pour in sparkling water on top slowly to avoid foam spilling over.
Pro Tip: Use daily for best results. Start with 1/2 if you have a sensitive gut.
What To Expect
You're fine all day. Then the couch, the quiet, and the evening pull toward the snack drawer. That's the moment Ozzi was built for. Here's how it plays out.
DAY 1: Ozzi works fast. Allulose satisfies your sweet tooth without spiking your blood sugar, and the fiber starts to fill you up, so the evening cookie pull gets weaker.†
DAY 7: Butyrate is feeding your gut lining and the cells behind your fullness hormones.‡ You might notice a steadier appetite and fewer "I'm not even hungry" snack runs.
DAY 30: Your gut and brain are communicating better. Ozzi supports your body's natural GLP-1 and PYY, the signals that tell you you're full, plus a healthy blood-sugar response. Less food goes further.‡
MONTH 2+: Reaching for Ozzi instead of the snack drawer is just what you do now. The habit's stuck, and the benefits keep building.
† Based on ingredient mechanisms: allulose tastes sweet but isn't metabolized like sugar, so it doesn't raise blood glucose; glucomannan, a soluble fiber, forms a gel that promotes fullness.
‡ Butyrate is the primary fuel for gut-lining cells and, with other short-chain fatty acids, stimulates GLP-1 and PYY release from intestinal L-cells in laboratory and animal research. Allulose has been shown to support a healthy post-meal blood-sugar response in human studies at comparable doses. Individual results vary.

Ingredients & Allergies
Ingredients
Ozzi contains 6 clinically studied active ingredients:
Allulose, Konjac Glucomannan, L-Lysine Butyrate (as BIOMEnd), African Mango Extract (Irvingia gabonensis seed), and Chromium Polyursolate (as Metabolex, chromium bound to ursolic acid). Each stick also delivers 860% daily value of Chromium.
Other ingredients: Citric Acid, Silica, Natural Flavor, L-Tartaric Acid, Reb M (OnoSweet), Pink Himalayan Sea Salt, and Trisodium Citrate.
5 calories per stick. 0g sugar. No caffeine. No monk fruit. No stevia. No synthetic dyes or sweeteners.
Allergies
Ozzi is free from dairy, nuts, soy, monk fruit, and stevia. Contains no caffeine and no artificial colors.
Despite the name, African mango isn't actually mango. Ozzi uses African mango (Irvingia gabonensis), a seed from a completely different plant family than the common mango (Mangifera indica) you find at the grocery store.
Here's why that matters. The compound behind most mango skin reactions is urushiol, the same irritant found in poison ivy and poison oak. It turns up in common mango because mango sits in the same plant family (Anacardiaceae) as poison ivy, cashews, and pistachios. African mango isn't in that family, so it doesn't carry urushiol.
If you have specific dietary concerns, please review the full supplement facts label or contact us before use.
Natural GLP-1
GLP-1 is a natural hormone your body produces. It binds to receptors in your brain for 3 minutes before it is cleared, but it turns the receptor on for hours.
GLP-1 Agonists, commonly referred to just as "GLP-1", are a pharmaceutical mimic of your natural hormone. They stay active in the body for about a week.
Ozzi is formulated to help support your body's natural GLP-1 secretion.
Here's what customers who've tried GLP-1 medications are saying about Ozzi:
"I cannot say enough about this product. I was on a GLP-1 for 2 years and benefited most from the food noise reduction. I chose to get off of it due to its high cost. I have tried absolutely everything on the market and nothing, absolutely nothing has had the same effect until I came across Ozzi. I am a customer for life! This product is genuinely revolutionary for those who have struggled with ongoing cravings and food noise. I'm locked in. Thank you, thank you!" - Noralyn
"I've been using Ozzi for just a few days now but it definitely curbs my hunger. It's so much more pleasant than the feeling I got from the GLP-1 meds. No nausea at all. And it tastes great too!" - Dan
Not everyone will experience the same results. That's why we offer the 14-Day Ozzi Challenge: take it for 14 straight days, and if your cravings and food noise aren't quieter, we'll refund your first bag.

I already ate lunch. Why am I thinking about the vending machine.
Deciding what's for dinner has taken up more of my day than work.

Researchers call this food cue reactivity. We wrote the long version here: what food noise is and why it happens.
You're not imagining it, and it has a name now
Food noise is the running commentary about food that keeps going when you're not hungry. It isn't a diagnosis and it isn't a character flaw; it's your appetite signaling running louder than it needs to.
It also wasn't a clinical term until 2023, which is why you suddenly hear it everywhere. Hayashi and colleagues framed it as food cue reactivity (PMID 38004203, human, conceptual), Dhurandhar and colleagues worked on definition and measurement (PMID 40628707, human, review), and Diktas and colleagues validated a questionnaire (PMID 39828656, human, validation). The long version is our primer on what food noise is and why it happens. This page is about what to do at 4pm.
What the hospitals tell you first, and they're right
Search this and you'll get Harvard, Temple and a dozen health systems saying the same four things: protein-forward meals on a regular schedule, enough sleep, managed stress, and not keeping the trigger food within arm's reach.
That's correct, and it's the foundation. A drink stick doesn't replace any of it, and we won't pretend the hospitals are wrong so we have something to sell you. If you've never seriously tried the boring stack, try that first. What follows is the layer those lists skip, not a substitute for it.
The part the advice usually skips: your blood sugar
Wyatt and colleagues followed more than a thousand healthy adults through standardized meals with continuous glucose monitoring (PMID 33846643, human, over 1,000 participants). The size of the glucose dip two to three hours after a meal predicted how hungry people got and how much they ate at the next one, better than the peak did.
That's the physiological version of "I ate lunch, so why am I thinking about the vending machine at 3:40." The noise has a timing, and the timing has a cause. Nothing in that study is about A1C, disease outcomes or body weight, and we won't stretch it into any of those.
GLP-1 is the off switch, and you already make it
GLP-1 is a hormone your gut releases after you eat. It slows how fast food leaves your stomach and signals fullness to your brain. Ozzi supports your body's own GLP-1 production; it doesn't inject the hormone and it isn't a medication.
Two ingredients carry most of that. Teysseire and colleagues ran a randomized controlled trial in healthy adults on D-allulose at the gut sweet-taste receptor and the satiation hormones downstream of it (PMID 35135006, human randomized controlled trial). Every stick has 8g of allulose, and the trial used a larger single dose than one stick delivers.
Yadav and colleagues showed butyrate-induced GLP-1 secretion (PMID 23836895), in mice and cells. Human confirmation is still pending, and that label belongs in the same sentence as the claim, not a footnote. Each stick has 500mg of L-Lysine butyrate (BIOMEnd); the form detail is on our butyrate page.
The other four, and what they're actually for
Konjac glucomannan, 500mg. A viscous fiber that thickens in water, so the mechanism is physical, not hormonal. Au-Yeung and colleagues tested gelled konjac glucomannan on appetite and energy intake (PMID 29202887, human randomized crossover). Read honestly: the drop in intake came from the gel displacing calories, satiety ratings were mixed, and it used gram quantities of gelled noodles, not 500mg of powder.
African mango, 150mg. Ngondi and colleagues ran a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial of the IGOB131 extract (PMID 19254366, human). That's why it's in the formula, and it isn't a weight-loss promise.
Chromium and ursolic acid, as Metabolex: about 300mcg of chromium with roughly 10mg of ursolic acid. Anton and colleagues looked at chromium picolinate, food intake and satiety (PMID 18715218, human), in a different chromium form than ours, and the ursolic acid evidence is largely rodent.
Six actives, every dose on the label, no proprietary blend and nothing sprinkled in so it can go on the front of the bag.
What this can't do
Four things, plainly.
- There's no randomized trial of any supplement against a food-noise endpoint. The term is barely three years old and the questionnaire is a year old (PMID 41667418, human, commentary). Anyone selling you a clinically proven food noise pill is inventing that, and that includes us if we ever say it.
- This isn't a GLP-1 medication and it doesn't work like one. Nothing sold without a prescription does.
- Bring the label to your doctor. Chromium can affect blood sugar, and viscous fibers like glucomannan can change how some oral medications absorb. If you take diabetes medication or anything dose-sensitive, every dose is printed, so it's a two-minute conversation.
- It's not FDA approved. No supplement is. The FDA registers facilities; it doesn't approve supplements, and brands implying otherwise are lying to you.
Try it on your own noise

How loud is yours?
Six statements. Rarely counts 0, Some days counts 1, Most days counts 2. Add your six numbers up and read the band you land in.
This is an informal self-check, not a diagnostic and not a validated questionnaire. Nothing is saved and nothing is sent anywhere.
Quiet
Whatever you're doing is mostly working. If there's one window where it gets loud, that's the one worth targeting, and a stick in that window is a cheap experiment. Start with the Free Sample Pack.
Background
This is the most common answer we see. Food noise isn't running your day, but it's taxing it, usually in one predictable window. That's the pattern Ozzi is built for: six actives that support your body's own GLP-1 production and the fullness signals behind it. Take it 14 days and see whether that window gets quieter.
Loud
This is a lot of mental bandwidth going to food. Two honest things. A drink stick is one lever, and it works best alongside sleep, protein and stress. And if it's been like this for years, it's worth raising with a doctor as well as trying a supplement. If you do try it, the 14-Day Ozzi Challenge covers your first bag.

What a Doctor Says About Ozzi
"Drink packets curb cravings while promoting healthy blood sugar"
"When late-night cravings hit, I recommend this drink powder as a possible snack replacement. One ingredient I want to highlight is chromium polyursolate. Research on a related form, chromium picolinate, suggests that it may reduce food intake, lower hunger ratings, and decrease fat cravings in overweight women. Chromium can support insulin function and glucose metabolism, which may help keep blood sugar steady enough to avoid triggering cravings. I find this pairs nicely with the African Mango seed extract in this blend, which research suggests may be connected to improvements in body weight, waist size, and fasting blood sugar. Overall, I believe this supplement can be a helpful option for patients looking to manage cravings and support metabolic health."†

Food Noise, Answered.
The questions people actually search. More on the FAQ page.
What is food noise?
Food noise is the constant, intrusive mental chatter about food that keeps going whether or not you're actually hungry. Researchers describe it as food cue reactivity, and it only became a defined clinical term in 2023, which is why you suddenly hear it everywhere.
It isn't a diagnosis and it isn't a character flaw. It's your appetite signaling being louder than it needs to be. The long version is in our primer on what food noise is and why it happens.
How do you stop food noise?
Start with the boring stuff, because it works: protein-forward meals on a regular schedule, enough sleep, managing stress, and not keeping the trigger food within arm's reach. That's the foundation, and a drink stick doesn't replace it.
Then look at the physiological layer, which most advice skips. Sharp blood sugar dips a couple of hours after eating predict how hungry you get next. That's the layer Ozzi works on, with 8g of allulose and 500mg of konjac glucomannan supporting your body's own GLP-1 and the fullness signals behind it. There's 500mg of butyrate in there too, though its GLP-1 work so far is in mouse and cell studies.
Is there a supplement for food noise?
There's no supplement with a randomized trial against a food-noise endpoint, because the term is only about three years old and the questionnaire to measure it is newer than that. Anyone selling you a clinically proven food noise pill is inventing that, and that includes us if we ever say it.
What does have human research is the underlying machinery. Allulose was tested in a randomized controlled trial on the gut sweet-taste receptor and satiation hormone release (Teysseire 2022). Konjac glucomannan was tested in a randomized crossover trial on appetite and energy intake (Au-Yeung 2018), where the drop in intake came from the gel displacing calories rather than from higher fullness ratings, which were mixed.
Ozzi puts both on the label at their real dose: 8g of allulose and 500mg of glucomannan. Both trials used larger amounts than one stick delivers, the same way the chromium research used a different form of chromium than ours. Read them as evidence for the mechanism, not as a result we're promising you.
What causes food noise?
Several things at once, which is why single-ingredient fixes tend to disappoint. Blood sugar swings are a big one: the size of your glucose dip a few hours after a meal predicts your hunger and your next meal's size.
On top of that sit food cues in your environment, poor sleep, stress, and appetite hormones like GLP-1 that your gut releases after eating. Food noise is usually the sum, not one cause.
Does food noise mean I have an eating disorder?
No. Food noise is common, it exists on a spectrum, and most people who have it do not have an eating disorder.
But if the thinking about food is constant, if it comes with shame or with restricting and bingeing, or if it's affecting how you live, that's worth talking to a doctor or a therapist about rather than a supplement. We'd rather say that plainly than sell you a drink stick for it.
How do I stop food noise without medication?
Behavior first: regular protein-forward meals, sleep, stress, and environment. Then the daily-lever layer, which is where a well-dosed supplement fits.
Ozzi is a drink stick with six actives, all listed at their real dose, that supports your body's own GLP-1 production rather than replacing it. Here's the offer, word for word:
14-Day Ozzi Challenge: Take it for 14 straight days. If your cravings and food noise aren't quieter, we'll refund your first bag.
There's nothing to send back, because we don't do returns. Keep the bag either way. Email help@heyozzi.com with your order number and confirm you used it daily for two weeks. Refunds are valid within 28 days of delivery.
Can a supplement really quiet food noise the way GLP-1 medications do?
No, and we're not going to pretend otherwise. Nothing you can buy without a prescription works like GLP-1 medications, and any brand implying it does is selling too hard. It's worth repeating the other half of that too: no supplement on the market, ours included, has a randomized trial against a food-noise endpoint, because the endpoint barely exists yet.
What a well-dosed supplement can do is support the same pathway your gut already uses. A lot of our customers came here after coming off GLP-1 medications specifically because the food noise came back, and for many of them that support is enough to make the evenings manageable again.
When is food noise worst?
For most people it's the late afternoon and the hours after dinner, roughly 3pm to 5pm and then 8pm to 11pm. That timing isn't random. It tracks with the blood sugar dip after a carb-heavy lunch and with the wind-down part of the evening when there's nothing else occupying you.
Ozzi has no caffeine and no stimulants of any kind, so unlike most appetite products it can actually be taken in that evening window.
How long does it take to quiet food noise?
Konjac glucomannan is a viscous fiber that thickens in water, so there's a physical mechanism at work from the first stick. The hormone side is the part that builds with consistent daily use rather than arriving in one sitting.
We're not going to put a number on when you'll notice, because we don't have one worth quoting. That's why the guarantee runs exactly 14 straight days, and why skipping days works against you.
Is Ozzi safe to take with my medications?
Ask your doctor first, and we mean that literally, not as fine print. Chromium can affect blood sugar, and viscous fibers like glucomannan can change how some oral medications absorb. Every dose is printed on the label, so bring it to your appointment and it's a two-minute conversation.
Ozzi is also third-party certified to NSF/ANSI 173 by Eurofins, certificate 20260428-0002, which you can see on our testing and certification page. One thing we'll say plainly: no supplement is "FDA approved," ours included. The FDA registers manufacturing facilities; it doesn't approve supplements.
Is food noise the same thing as an appetite problem?
Most people search for appetite control when what they really mean is the mental loop. Appetite is your stomach asking for food. Food noise is your brain bringing up food when your stomach never said a word.
They are related, because the loop usually starts where satiety signaling and blood sugar do. Ozzi's six actives work on that side: 8g of allulose and Chromium Polyursolate support steadier blood sugar, 500mg of glucomannan supports fullness, and 500mg of L-Lysine butyrate supports natural GLP-1 production. That is support for the signal, not a promise about what you eat or weigh.
I can't stop thinking about sugar. Is that food noise?
Yes. That is exactly what it is. The thought comes back on its own, and telling yourself no does not make it any quieter.
There is usually a physical loop underneath it. Sugar goes up fast, comes down harder, and the dip reads as urgent an hour or two later. Ozzi's 8g of allulose gives you sweetness without a sugar load, Chromium Polyursolate supports steadier blood sugar, and 500mg of glucomannan gels with water to support fullness.
