Despite the name, African mango isn't actually mango. Ozzi uses African mango (Irvingia gabonensis), a seed from a completely different plant family than the common mango (Mangifera indica) you find at the grocery store.
Here's why that matters. The compound behind most mango skin reactions is urushiol, the same irritant found in poison ivy and poison oak. It turns up in common mango because mango sits in the same plant family (Anacardiaceae) as poison ivy, cashews, and pistachios. African mango isn't in that family, so it doesn't carry urushiol.

How long before I notice a difference?

Does it actually taste good, or does it taste like a supplement?
Sweet and fruity, much closer to a flavored drink than to a supplement. That's deliberate. It only works as a habit if it's the thing you want to reach for instead of the snack.
Mix one stick into 16 to 20oz of cold water. Cold matters more than people expect, both for the taste and for how cleanly the fiber disperses. Less water makes it sweeter, more makes it more refreshing.
